It was probably the best apartment accommodation we had in Canada.

spacious for 2 couples and had everything required to feel like a home away from home. Kitchen facilities were fabulous.

Carpark spaces are a bit tight but got used to them pretty quickly

Clean and cozy accommodation that’s stocked with everything you need for a short stay.

Convenient. Cozy. Good location. Coffee supplied, nice touch! Was very cold overnight and it was nice to be able to plug in the car. No need to carry luggage a long way, we could park just a couple of steps from the door.

Better coffee maker would be nice. Space very small for the five of us but still comfortable. No view but at least trees right in front of windows which provided some privacy from the neighbouring units.

Amazing location, with parking. This apartment was well worth the cost and I’d stay again.

The open plan kitchen/living room was very spacious and clean. Downstairs, the bedrooms were fitted out with new carpets and en suits, as well as large bath tubs, all of which were amazing. The kitchen also came equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, as well all those little things you require like tin foil, cooking oil etc. The kitchen also came equipped with tea, coffee, filters and powered milk, which I thought was a nice little added bonus.

Unfortunately the ONLY thing I feel obliged to mention, the boiler room/drainage sat above our bedroom and the loud sound of constant running/dripping water going down a drain was enough to keep me sharp awake through the night. I had to put the television volume up loud enough to block the sound out, until I feel asleep.

Great location! Condo with full kitchen, dining and living room. Also bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The beds were super comfortable. Worked well for us, 1 couple and 2 single guys.

enjoyed our stay.

It had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. kitchen was well equipped and living room with gas fireplace was comfortable. Location near coffee shop and close to highway was good.

Bedrooms are very small. in the bedroom with the king bed , the only space for a chest of drawers was in the closet.

Fair to good, we tried our best to ignore the deficiencies in the unit.

We liked the space in the unit, two floors was great. It’s quite close to town, so that was very good.

We stayed in the unit for nine nights, so we experienced a lot. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was only fair! We had a major leak in one of the showers, a clogged toilet, a plugged tub, etc. etc. We got tired of having to phone management! Floors were quite dirty, many deficiencies in the unit; lack of some supplies like hand soap, toilet paper. Bedding could be better. Some kitchen items should’ve been replaced eg. the frying pans! The pans were extremely gross and dirty! Housekeeping should know when to replace old or broken items! Be proactive. Management and housekeeping need to do a quality control check before new guests arrive! Parking was a problem! I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I had to be honest.

Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Overall the space was nice, well laid out and I liked that each bedroom had it's own full bathroom.

Parking is super tight and I had a discussion with another guest who was an ignorant parker. The TV's didn't work properly and there was no explanation how to get them to work with the cable boxes.

i like it but Ingot discounts when I booke it and turned out with some cleaning fees and stuffs.

Great visit with my friend; next time we will find another place though.

Location is perfect. Quiet. Sufficient room. Nice to have coffee. Nice to have Netflix. For the most part everything worked. Ground level entry was very nice/convenient.

The place was quite dirty and well used. The cookie sheet is rusted, the cheese grater is rusted and filthy dirty. The electrical outlets in the basement do not work therefore the lamps didn't work. Overuse/too strong of air freshener - gave us a headache. The instructions to the suite noted to not use the facecloths for make-up removal however the bath towel in my room was muddy like someone used it to wipe their shoes, folded it up and put it back.

Looked impressive especially the hot tub which we never got to use

Husband is 70 he froze in basement bedrooms were very cold; grandsons whom were to sleep on sofa bed in living room upstairs were uncomfortably hot ! They slept on floor as the mattress on sofa was thin. Mattress in our room was not comfortable. Doors were very squeaky woke up husband going to bathroom in night he had just fallen asleep n now unable to sleep the rest of the night. I was not aware of additional $100 cleaning charge that would be added to the rental price. In addition; we had to wait to check in until 530 pm as the unit hadn’t been cleaned and we planned on checking in 4 pm then our family planned on going to shop at Calgary Cross Iron Mills Mall. Because we had to wait until 530 pm to get our unit cleaned so we could check in ; we lost out on valuable shopping time; as it is Calgary is an hour n half away. We booked here because we were headed to Banff the next day. We also had very specific rules to remove all garbage n recycling out of unit or we will incur another charge so we cleaned up the unit and I discovered it wasn’t that clean to begin with. There was dust on top the coffee maker; no coffee supplies as cleaners were rushed as we waited for the unit to be cleaned. We received a $50 refund for our troubles it was a slap; we should’ve received half our money back. No one slept well.

Very clean, well furnished place. Close to amenities while being easy to access.

Loved the place - very spacious and clean. Great location. The hosts were very accommodating and even made a special trip to return a park pass the last guest had taken by mistake.

Location is fabulous Pet friendly Balcony with bbq Kitchen and all the amenities Firestick tv Washer and dryer Working AC

Couch is not very comfortable and would suggest update bedding the quilts are getting a bit tattered. Bbq could use a really good cleaning.
