Last time I will stay here

The breakfast never disappoints. The grass on the inner courtyard is also nice and well kept.

Hmm, where to begin. The entire motel is in a state of disrepair. The deferred maintenance is obvious. The screen door and sliding glass door don't slide open. Garbage was laying around the court yard sidewalks after being flushed from the gutters after a recent rain. They charged a $30 pet fee that has never been charged before and it is not advertised on their website. Hasn't been painted in many years. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It seems they are satisfied being a below average motel for construction workers and truck drivers and the corporate money that comes with them. The average citizen like ourselves can do better

my wife liked the room. I had to stay in our truck taking care of our elderly blind kitty because their pet fees were to

the room we had was nice inside. clean. comfortable.

I didn’t like having one price quoted to me on Booking.com and an entirely more expensive by 15% price that the motel tried charge. I’m still waiting to find out what my bill will be. they even tried charging for a pet that I told them 3 times wouldn’t be staying.

Our family was comfortable for the short time we were there and left with our appetites satisfied.

The location was close to the freeway so that we could hit the road bright and early the next morning. The breakfast was above and beyond with regard to quality and choices! The staff was wonderful and friendly with smiles for everyone.

A decent place to stop for the night on I-5.

Best Western hotels keep a reasonable balance between nicer amenities and cost. They are usually clean, reputable, well run and don't break the bank.This one, in Santa Nella was quite nice. A shout out to Susan, who was staffing the breakfast. She was very friendly and we had a lively chat.

The check in staff didn't give me the wifi code and it wasn't written on the room cardkey cover, either. It was dark when I drove in and difficult to locate the front office.. I had to back out of two other adjoining lots before I found the front portico. The hotel could use more lighted signage on the drive in to the property and over the front entrance. Also due to poor lighting, it was impossible to see room numbers from the car as I searched for my room.

poor maintenance. Defective door locks locked us out of our room. Location prone to freeway noise Left early—will never return. Avoid

The environment was friendly and breakfast was decent.

I liked the balcony overlooking the garden area and the solar panels.

No change was offered (after asking) for the washer and dryer. you needed to install an app and give a credit card number for the amenities to work. The washer did work after some time but the dryer didn’t.

Great for a quick stop when going north and south in California.

Easy on and off I 5. Spacious Room! Comfortable Bed. Breakfast was much better than I expected.

It is just an older property but really well taken care of.
