The hotel was beautiful..great location..super easy to travel into NYC, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, staff was so kind and helpful, hotel was spotless..we traveled with our boys and they loved it as well

Probably worst hotel experience of lifetime due to poor customer experience. No wifi in room and was told that I needed to call a central Marriott line to resolve the issue, which didn’t work of course and was a strange experience. Apparently this was an ongoing issue and didn’t seem to be any care to try and resolve the problem. I actually figured out a workaround myself but no thanks to the staff who simply didn’t care. Ordered room service for just cheese pizza that was an hour over the expected wait time for tired and hungry kids. When I called down and then visited the restaurant staff again were indifferent. Raised the issue with the manager Daqwell who offered no apologies, just analogies that if my home internet went down I would still expect to pay and then aggressively challenged me on how busy they were that night, downplayed that I paid usd 350 for the room (so what, that is what others are paying was his statement) and again offered no apologies or acknowledgment of pretty substandard service for the price. Small issues in the scheme of things but compounded by pretty rude and aggressive staff. And oh yeah - if you can’t log in to the internet because your room number and last name don’t work as you’re instructed to put in, sign up to become a Marriott rewards members and that seems to get you online

Free snacks and drinks in the lounge 24 hrs.

Room was very cold. The cold air was blowing 24 hrs. Got locked out due to the battery and had a WiFi issue on the first day of arrival. There was no towel in the sauna did not get any prior notification.

I booked two rooms for my family and I was told that they did not have reservation under my name. I used booking.com and my credit card was charged a full amount by Marriot. Front reception staffs were rude and blamed on booking.com. I had to leave the hotel and drove back home. What a nightmare!

This is a wonderful hotel. The buffet breakfast and the made to order omelet were delicious! The rooms are very spacious! The hotel is clean and the staff is top notch. I love this place!

No dislikes, but there could be more outlets near the TV and workstation area.

Staff was not very helpful, very cold in all the hotel, Asked for an invoice issued on a company name and hotel has not done so and they do not communicate at all. No e-mail contact noone willing to help and do what they were asked for. Breakfast-there was no possibility to preorder when booking rooms. Had to do it every morning in restaurant. No breakfast bar.
