All the hallways and elevator were wet from the kids running round-trip. When we turned to the reception for permission to swim in the pool after 10 pm - minutes 20 (and the pool works from 7 am to 10 pm), we were forbidden, and when I came at 7 am to swim in the pool calmly and waited at the door for minutes 15, no one came to unlock the pool door. I had a very big problem with the staff upon check in, they insisted to pay with visa and not to accept cash at all, I had a problem with my cc and they wanted to cancel the reservation and she mentioned that this is my problem that I made a booking through a third party not with the hotel directly and that I have to bare the consequences. Worst ever experience and will never ever book them again. She would not mind for me to leave the hotel and not to accept. I am really very sad and not happy with the experience, I had to ask for someone to send an approval for the online payment. I had the worst 2 hours until the payment was approved otherwise I had the cash and she was not accepting it. I need your reply and to know what will you do then. Location is very close if you visit to NY and around. Hotel is safe to stay alone and with your family. Safe to park as well.

The valet staff were great. Very clean and open. Room was nice. I liked the pantry cabinet. Shower was great. Loved how open it was and water stayed hot.

I'd rather park myself. Feels rushed with all the cars around. I had two young kids who like to take their time. Pool was boring and dark in the room, also cold. Bed was kind of hard and the corners came off as soon as we got in the bed. Didn't like the bathroom door.
