Perfect location - in the middle of all sights, great restaurants and shops, AND very calm at night (the nightlife is way further up on King street). The Inn is beautiful and stylish, the rooms are spatious, clean and very comfortable. Amazing complimentary breakfast, can be delivered to the room. We were amazed by this place and would LOVE to return!
We liked everything!

Good location off King Street. Rooms were well appointed. Charming property. Nice wine and cheese and sherry. Staff very professional. The breakfast situation is wonderful (they bring it to your room at the time you select. It’s continental but lots of choices).
We had two rooms (for us and the kids) and our room was very small (kids’ with two queen beds was enormous). The courtyard contributes to some noise (your room opens to an outdoor space with the interior courtyard) but is lovely. Parking is a hassle bc the gate for the lot allay never works so you end up paying each time you exit instead of being able to use the ticket/validation given by the hotel. No restaurant on premises which is ok but means no room service.

A charming little hotel with big bones! You will fall in love with the old world Charleston feel! Everything was immaculate!!
Nit-picky.. but the mini fridge in the room was barely cool!

The breakfast is a small continental type breakfast but is served to you and best of all delivered to your room if you choose at no extra charge! They go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay the entire day. Cheese and wine are served in the evenings in the delightful courtyard filled with Charleston history and vibes.
The only change I would recommend are more comfy and larger beds. They are not the worst but also not the best.

The breakfast was complimentary and very good. We had room service every day and everything we selected was delivered on time and with a smile. Choices included a hard boiled egg, yogurt, fresh fruit, various bread products and pastries, granola cereal, hot and cold drinks. There are no hot foods on the menu. Apart from breakfast, the Inn offers evening Wine and Cheese Reception and 24-hour Concierge service

The breakfast was wonderful- so generous and yummy! I love how you choose to have in in your room. The location is supreme with the markets and iconic spots so close.
Our TV was not functioning on our arrival. They sent a maintenance guy up and as nice as he was , it wasn’t fixed. So we ourselves just wiggled some cords in the back and it fixed it. Looks like it was a loose remote sensor or something. But the guy at the front desk gave wrong info about the tv channels and cable provider that added to the frustration. The breakfast was awesome but on our last night I forgot to complete our room details on the door hanger and so our breakfast was delayed- my fault. But pls next time can the person collecting pls atleast check that the room number is on the card so the room can be called in the morning for the time. Just as a tertiary check. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast were a la carte choices but served by staff. That made it nicer
The location is fabulous; close to both French Quarter and South of Broad.
The A/C was central air, which is quieter and made for better sleeping.
The afternoon wine and cheese is nice, but doesn't create as much people mixing as some would Iike.
Easy walk to restaurants.

Was very satisfied with the breakfast and the location was exactly what we were looking for in order to see the downtown historic area by foot. The staff was wonderful and the only down side was we should have planned for more days in Charleston LOL. Unfortunately, travel time and other commitments made a longer stay impossible this time.
My sore feet from all the walking I did LOL!
