Great shopping getaway, good to recharge and unwind.

Close to the Galleria mall, staff were very helpful, our room was bigger than expected and very comfortable

A lot of families staying so the pool was crowded. But not a big deal

Outdated hotel, needs upgrades

It was close to the location of my conference. 6minutes away

They charged my card twice while there for the original amount and then $1198.00 and said it was nothing they could do about it. Brian, Jason (manager) and Jack I believe his name is in a chair neither helped the situation. Ice machines didn’t work. Middle elevator had guest stuck on it first night arrived. Guest complaining at front desk every time I went down. 2 bottles of water was $18🤔.

When I checked in they said they could see my reservation but that they couldn’t check me in because they couldn’t fully see my reservation so I waited 20 minutes for them to be able to check me in and find my information on their system

I did not stay there, because the room was not what I booked. thebooking.com says the property has private pools adjacen

The room indicated it had a private pool, and the lady looked at me like I’ve lost my mind and I was lying to her until I showed her my booking. That was the only way I got my refund back. On your website it says this hotel has private pools they do not.

Great place to stay.

Firstly it's location. Very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and so was the bedroom and bathroom. The amenities provided in the bathroom were really nice. As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

Would have liked it if there was another phone near the bed instead of just one at the table. But no complaints, just a suggestion.

What was said on booking and what was when arriving was different regarding parking,breakfast and tv movie options(we thought we paid for it but needed to add on top of it and there were no movie options at all)On top of that they charged us 70$ more and when asking about it no one had an explanation besides that 30$ out of the 70$ will be returned but I hope they will pay back what is needed . The night when arriving the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude (check out was nicer with a different lady )

Parking is a rip off.

Bed was good,, shower was good. Al the bar tender was excellent and very enjoyable to talk with. The Salmon dinner was excellent and worth the money. The girl that check us in was very nice. Really enjoyed AL at the bar. He meet every need and as very enjoyable to take care every need we had.

I am a decorated Vietnam veteran who suffers from PTSD and always ask for upstairs room because I can't sleep if someone is moving above me. Thye had me booked in 4th floor. Room key didn't work. Ask manager about the parking and it seemed to brother him, no help. I didn't understand why you charge for parking, absolutely worthless. When we had dinner at the bar we had to get up ask for water, get up and get out drinks, that was Saturday. After dinner went to room and had to call down and get wash cloths. People in the parking lot all night party. Why pay $16.00 day was useless.
