Friendly staff, great location.
I booked a day after my friend and my room was $200 more. When I asked the front desk why my room was so much more they said it was because of the timing of the booking. At first they said it was because of the concert at the venue near by, but it's not like my friend booked far in advance. They agreed that a $200 difference was a lot, but claimed to not be able to do anything about it. The drain in our tub didn't work, and generally the room wasn't that great, especially compared to my friend's - which was even more disappointing since I paid so much more.

Everything went well.
Too many bums on Causeway and Friend Street. They annoy you.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, valet easy and friendly w quick service. Great location to Mass General if looking for a place to stay while receiving care. Lots within walking difference including food options, TD Garden and Beacon Hill.
Be mindful when walking alone-approached multiple times by different people asking for money and followed from MGH to the hotel by one person.

Très bien dans l'ensemble surtout le personnel qui est très aimable et serviable y compris ceux du restaurant
Le petit déjeuner qui était annoncé compris avec la chambre mais au final à la carte du restaurant de l'hôtel

Room and decor. Staff was nice but not empowered to solve problems. Location is close to many restaurants.
COVID restrictions meant the bar was closed. But the point of staying in a full service hotel is to get a full range of service - from housekeeping to an onsite bar or restaurant. To not get that amenity but pay as though you are, seems like a bit of a bait and switch. 18 months into a pandemic we should have it figured out how to offer a full range of services safely. Other Hotel Indigos in other parts of the country have open bars. Also not the hotel's fault but being next door to a new marijuana store is unfortunate.

Good location
Very dark and noisy room, loud music until 1am, simple breakfast with long waiting times

Staff was great. Nice little bar/restaurant inside. Great location...quick walk to North Station, TD Garden and plenty of bars and restaurants.
The room was great and clean
The hallway on our floor smelled like urine (dogs maybe?) But the room was perfectly clean.

The room was supposed to be a suite with a separate living area with a sofa bed, but there was no separate living area. The room was arranged so that it was difficult to get your luggage in. We were charged an additional $150, because we had two small dogs. The room was noisy due to the location, the hallways were dim and the shower had mold.

Location was great. Clean establishment.
The included breakfast were only for one morning and for two people. It was also not a buffet. It did not state that anywhere during booking. Lights flickered.

Breakfast was very. Hotel staff were all great. Location was good though lacked restaurants to walk to.
We had a 1 bedroom King Suite. The bed was comfy. However, the furniture in the living area all needs upgrading. Uncomfortable, chairs not stable. For the price we paid each night, the furniture should have been nice.

This unique, hip, well-situated hotel is simply perfect! Things have improved since my last stay several years ago - the staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating...and the room was fantastic! The hotel is in such a perfect spot you can not beat it!! I think you'll want to stay here, especially if you're single, a couple, or a family with a more sophisticated palette.
I can not think of anything except suggesting a car cleaning option for those travelers into the city. It can be done without much liability - I know because I helped a young person do it in at work environment. Otherwise - I can not say enough about how exceptional the staff are the this lovely hotel.

The location is fabulous, close to both the Commons and the Garden. The food at Blake's really exceeded expectations, and the wait staff was exceptional, I felt I was seen as a person, not just a customer. Especially Monique - keep running towards that dream.
The bathroom was actually my favorite room. Very aesthetically pleasing and functional.
The room was pretty cramped with dim lighting. Temperature variations in the room were pretty extreme. If you were near the air conditioner (sitting on the edge of the bed, for example) it was cool. It was hot less than 10 feet away. Anything to improve the air circulation would be an improvement.

Location is amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.
No wait to sit at the restaurant, but it seemed like a long wait for anyone to come to our table.
