Bed was comfy.

The bathroom had paint chipped off all over. Mold on the wall and ceiling. Mold and rust in the vent. No fire alarm in the ceiling. Hot tub was greenish “Water park”was a slide.

We wanted a nice place to relax after a long drive and a clean fun place for the kids to swim.

The staff was nice.

The facility was old & smelt like cigarettes. The pool was dirty & the water was freezing. The place was not like the Holiday Inn what I’m used to seeing & staying at. Was disappointed in the stay. However, that staff was courteous.

The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Everyone from maintenance and room staff to front desk. Loved them and the fact that they all love dogs.

Comfy bed.

We had a kitchen but it was totally empty so not sure what the point of it was, plus the refurb was very cold and it echoed as there was no carpet very disappointing.

Served it purpose, probably won't repeat.

Didn't partake of Breakfast, desk clerk didn't advise of one. Lobby was under construction.

Room was on first floor and door opened into lobby, waterfall in lobby ran 24/7, room door had 1" gap at the bottom. Used a towel to attempt to limit noise from lobby and waterfall. This clerk was not rude, but certainly wasn't very pleasant or offering of information.

it was under construction and we paid for a king size room for about $200 a night the room was falling apart the Fossett in the bathroom was falling apart ceiling tiles are falling apart the view was overlooking a roof, the guy at the desk was scary looking they should have given us a discount not a good experience and we won’t be staying there again

The whole place was pretty great

When I checked in the gentleman gave me my keys right away that was nice what I didn't like was when I called down there and I asked if they put a 100 dollar deposit on my card that they did not inform me about while checking in he was pretty rude about that! Maybe a heads up would've have been nice it was not a big deal at all but he didnt have to be so rude!

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, great value

The staff in the restaurant and bar were slow and inattentive, our server spent more time visiting with acquaintances than doing her job, we eventually had to go and request menus in order to get any service and the food quality was only fair.

Good stay with no issues

Location was perfect. Having a bar and restaurant in the hotel was convenient. Plus having the Stadium Bar across the street was also nice.

Rooms were on different floors.

no breakfast but the location is good.

I was charged double by the motel and was never reimbursed. I left a bag in my room and despite multiple calls, no answer on lost and found.

probably won’t stay here again.

the pool was fun for the kids, clean on Friday not so much Saturday or Sunday. NEVER any clean pool towels. beds where comfortable as where the pillows. staff was friendly enough.

so, pool was clean Friday, not so much Saturday Sunday. never any clean pool towels. continually had to ask front desk for towels. we stayed Friday through Monday and did not have housekeeping clean our room once. again, continually had to ask for towels to shower. they are remodeling so it wasn’t the prettiest because of that but the lack of housekeeping was absurd. the no breakfast buffet was annoying as well. pay for your stay plus pay to eat in the restaurant was not my fav.
