Booked and paid for a room online only to show up and find out the room I booked wasn’t available. I booked a king suite with a pull out bed for specific reasons. They tried to put me in a regular room with two queen beds. When I asked about the price difference they said sorry it’s already been charged to your card so nothing could be done. I had to find a different hotel and pay for another room and then the booking company and eventually was told my money would be back in my account in 7 to 12 days. If the room wasn’t available then a paid reservation shouldn’t have been accepted

Would never stay here again.

Ace didn’t work, power went out for over two hours. The place was filthy. Old wash cloth was still hanging over the shower curtain. When i arrived at the hotel i was told i had to wait to check on because the front office lady was not there yet.

The bathroom needs more attention when being cleaned. The baseboards were extremely dusty, the curtain was very dirty and visibly brown on the bottom of the white curtain. I did not enjoy my shower for this reason. Also the small ottomans in the living area had hand prints and smudges from previous quests and didn’t look to have been wiped clean by staff. Other than that everything else appeared cleaned and attended to. Staff was pleasant.

That they had everything ready when we checked in, coffee in the room with a coffee pot, actual shampoo and body wash no jail crap.

Perfect location, just a few disappointments.

Good. Omelets were very dry.

No doggie poop bags in any of the dispensers. no paper towels. No mention of road construction all along the front of the hotel.

the bed was comfortable, liked having the kitchen because had a baby with me,location close to my family & hospital

first room had, dirty stained sheets, floor was dirty, sink drained very slow & smelled like a dead rat. Staff was not responsive to changing room until customer service was called.
