My stay...

Spacious , decor was spot on. Breakfast attendant seemed put out, not cheerful.Food was great though. I liked that there was always fresh coffee there 24/7 with the flavors of creamers at my disposal...which is rare I find!

I had parked my U-Haul truck underneath the portica and when I got out of the vehicle I noticed that there was trash and debris kind of scattered underneath it on my way in I let the desk clerk know that there was trash in the portica and he kind of addressed me like oh well that's just what happens instead of thanking me and taking care of it but other than that really nice place

when I made the reservation I was quoted a price of approximately 1,580.00 for the room at 204.00 for seven nights. when I checked out, it was over 1800.00. We had a few incidentals added to the room (water, candy) which was not much at all. Upon closer examination, I found that we were charged 244.00 for several nights, I asked the desk person about that and he told me that sites like booking.com can change the price when they want to and there was nothing he could do to help me. He also said that this happens often. I planned to contact Booking.com about this issue so am glad that I have this opportunity to give you feedback. I have always used Booking.com for all my travel but will now have to rethink that. I also considering leaving a message about this on the Booking site to let others know this can occur. If possible, I would like you to review my hotel stay financial charges and would appreciate a refund of some kind for the nights we were charged 244 instead of the 204.00 we were promised. I look forward to seeing you.

The staff and cleanliness made the stay great. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view eating breakfast. Clean comfy room. The guy on the front desk was friendly and personable, we had some laughs. Great breakfast item choice. The woman tending breakfast was awesome.

The website said hot tub/jacuzzi and it doesn’t actually have one anymore. This was the reason we booked the room here.

the rooms were fresh and clean, the breakfast was amazing and stacked with carbs for the Spartans residing there for the race weekend

on the booking app it said all the fees were included in the price given but when I got there, a fee was added on to the room. luckily the guy working was nice and helped me out

The elevator was NOT working on the 4th Floor. Everytime we needed to go down, you had to call the desk and ask for the elevator to be sent up. If they didn't put you on hold for 10 minutes plus you got down in 5minutes after the call. With a family event and helping with my elderly in-laws on another floor it was a nightmare. YES, we asked to be placed on the same floor! They said Nooo. The worst $800 for 2 nights on 2 rooms ever.
