Next time I travel somewhere I’ll be staying at the Residence Inn

The best staff! Breakfast was pretty good! The bed we slept in was soo comfortable I meant to ask staff what kind of mattress it was😊

That it rained a few times while we were there but it didn’t stop our show!

Huge room/spaceous, i like the kitchen and full bathroom. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful Near the airport, I appreciate the free shuttle

No bidet, bathroom amenities were not replenished before our arrival.

Cozy spot for the night before a flight. The breakfast staff were very friendly :).

Windows need soundproofing, we heard the pool/hot tub noise until it stopped.

Terrible customer service, dirty mattress

When you make a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids you get a room with one bed for two. You have to go to the reception and ask for bed sheets to make the sofa bed yourself. Housekeeping doesn’t do it. When we were checking in, I double checked if the room could accommodate four people. The answer was yes, but nobody told us we would have to prepare the sofa bed ourselves or gave us the bed sheets. We had to get to the room in the middle of the night to find out the sofa bed is not ready.

morning breakfast was nice and the server was very sweet. outside doors opened, with security clearance, to stairs.

placed in a handicap accessible unit. being 6’2” showering was less comfortable.

When I got to the hotel, at 11 pM, extremely tired, after having traveled the whole day, the hotel could not find my reservation. They said it was not the first time booking.com did this. I had to pay more than was expected. It was ridiculous. I will never use booking available. I got an email confirming my reservation! Never thought I’d go through this.

Good location near to airport. Good price/quality relation

Good location, quiet room in all the ways ok fulfilling our expectations. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. We only had one day but could have stayed longer as well.

Didn't got the room we reserved (two bedrooms) but two smaller connected rooms.

Very close to the airport. The Residence Inn offered double rooms with a kitchenette which was perfect for our family. Especially when traveling with young kids, it’s nice to have a refrigerator and stove.
