Not a single thing to list!
Room was dark and dreary. Some funky smell of old and musty. Water only trickled out of faucet. Phone didn’t work, I went to check to see if it was plugged in and pulled out the night stand, it was horribly gross and dirty. I’m pretty sure it was a women’s maxi pad on the floor. Faucet had a very small trickle of water coming out.
Telephone had some clear junk all over dial pad. No TV remote.
When I went to check in, no one was at the desk. Waited 15+minutes for greaser guy to finally show up.
I could go on and on about the horrible
condition of hotel.
Needless to say I’ve filed for a refund thru my bank!

The staff was kind and welcoming.
The pool was poorly lit…looked like a scary movie scene! The rooms were not well cleaned - blood on the wall. The breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Very noisy in the hotel even after 10:30pm.

Very little
Didn't have any TV for some reason was supposed to have refrigerators and microwaves in all of the rooms but only had them in one room. Chairs were broken, no room service, no extra towels, floor was so dirty that you needed to keep your shoes on or your feet turned black.

Pool was good
The TV didn't work. Soo we just sat there staring at each other

The breakfast was terrible. Sausage was uncooked and there were no eggs that usually go with it. Nothing stood out as fresh or delicious. 😗😒
See above in good section

The only thing nice was the pool. The hotel got the job done, by means of giving us somewhere to sleep.
The breakfast was no good, there was barely anything at all. The front desk personal was hardly ever there. We had to take our towels down to the front desk to get clean ones. Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were there, and we checked in and paid for an extra day (we checked in on Monday night and checked out Saturday morning). This was the worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at!

I love the location I love the staff! Incredible value
There’s rust stains the tub doesn’t shut off completely, but the staff is great and makes up for no paint on the lobby door

large breakfast space
no kleenex provided
breakfast was very limited. only a small amount of cereal, no yogurt, no fruit. And we went to the breakfast area very early at 6:15 so it wasn't like they ran out of things.

The location was great!
The bathroom light did not work. Only half a roll of toilet paper in room, no extra. Had to go to the front deck to get more. Had to bring old towel down to front desk to get new clean ones.

Location location
Room not ready on arrival. Indifferent staff. Worst breakfast ever at a Days Inn. Really if this would have been my first experience at a Days Inn I would never stay at one again. Also the room smelled of tobacco.

hospitallity was great. I mistakenly went to Days in by University in West Des Moines very rude and unable to assistg. Glad I went to wrong one because our stay at this one was very nice clean and easy to get to. We had to book a room for two days as I was having surgery and a huge snow storm was coming in. The place was a grand place to stay.

Handy location. Comfortable room. Great price.
Breakfast was disappointing- beautiful large breakfast area but very limited options(cereal, bread and bagels and waffles). No eggs or yogurt or fruit.

Front desk lady at check in Sunday night (10/16) was extremely friendly and helpful.
When I got my room... The light in the bathroom and the one above the heater/air comdition unit (in the ceiling) would flicker non-stop.
When packing to leave in the morning I found someone elses pants and 1 sock under the edge/foot of the bed hidden behind the bed skirt - was pretty disgusting
