I would stay again

It was clean and beds were comfortable.

With the heat, the room was very humid. We tried to turn the air down a bit. By the middle of the night, the room was very stuffy and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Exceptional

Candace, the bar manager was exceptional. She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Really, you should look into promoting her, because she represents your brand with exemplary customer service.

hate that they charged us extra for WiFi when already expensive

Nice overall

charged us $230 for a room and then still had to pay $13 extra for decent internet access

We had a very peaceful evening.

I liked the sliding bathroom door, the super-sonic toilet flush, the lighting. Everything was updated.

It was a really great staycation for my daughter's birthday.

The person working in the restaurant that evening was amazing. It was my daughter's 4th birthday and she made her feel extra special. She brought all of her favorite fruits and brought chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. The pool was a little chilly, but it wasn't busy and my daughter had fun. The two shower heads in the shower (and large shower) made it super easy to wash my daughter's hair and not get wet myself. The bed was so comfortable my daughter fell asleep so fast and I could enjoy some Netflix time to myself.

When I checked in, I was informed that my reservation that I had booked two days prior had been cancelled earlier the day of check in. I certainly did not cancel it, so I don't know that that could have been. It was resolved quickly and we LOVED our room on the 9th floor!

Our stay was good, we'll stay w Marriott again.

The staff Zach(k) he was great and for the rest of the weekend all staff were kind and very helpful,( I forgot my toothbrush and they helped me out!)

Breakfast was expensive and very very cold. The kids running the hallways until after 1am, there was basketball football and hockey tournaments /camps that weekend that we stayed. The pillows were nice until you used them and they went FLAT almost immediately!

Clean, Relaxing worth the money!

We arrived late after attending a wedding…we were tired and ready for a quiet relaxing and peaceful evening. Mission accomplished!!!

We’ll….if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! You’re doing just fine!!!

For such a nice hotel, the elevator seriously needs some attention several times a day

The check in staff was very helpful

The noise in the bar entry area is deafening, the elevators were filthy, standing water on the floor, a falling hazard! And looked like it had not been wiped down in months.

Our favorite place to stay in the Des Moines area. Staff very professional and friendly!!!

Convenient to freeways and that consistent service as I stay there often.

The fruit at breakfast was really fine and that I my focus, also good STRONG coffee, piping hot.

Bright lights at night in the bar area - - - seems odd and not where I'd choose to have a late night drink.
