We usually like staying at the Hampton Inn but this time we were a little disappointed!

The breakfast was ok but the bacon was overcooked and they ran out of potatoes and never replaced them.

Better bacon and more potatoes! The serving area could have been cleaner as well!

I rate this hotel A+

This hotel is near perfect and I rate it A+ - Very large, luxurious room with a nice view of the mountains to the East, wonderfully comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, nice seating area, large bathroom with large walk-in shower and a great breakfast buffet in the morning!

Minor thing was that the lavatory drained very slowly and the area was dead (all restaurants closed) but it was a Sunday night.

Disappointed

Maybe the pool

Room was dirty. Toilet had to be flushed a certain way or it continued to run. TV remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was not normal Hampton. It had no muffins only dry bread. Offered no fresh fruit. We usually love Hamptons but not this time

Oh well, sometimes you can’t get a good breakfast.

Everything was clean and staff was great.

We went down to breakfast at 9. Almost every thing was gone. They did bring out some sausage and scrambled eggs. But no OJ, oatmeal, had to ask for Syrup, waffle mix was out. No fruit, no milk, no cream cheese. Very disappointed!

Excellent hotel at a convenient price!

The room was large, sparkling clean, extremely comfortable. I used the gym, which was very well equipped. Excellent hotel at a good price! I'd definitely go back in the future.

Breakfast was good, but some extra choices would have been nice.

Between booking.com and the property they changed my reservation from King to double Queen. It was a hassle to them to change room. Wish you could call booking on the phone.

Never again.

Not much. Breakfast milk was sour.

We had to trade rooms because our first room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the ac unit cabinet fell off on to the floor.

The room was dirty. Pool was freezing. All areas lobby, elevator and floors where dirty. They need to have Two front desk people on at night.

What you would expect from a Hampton Inn

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. We enjoyed the better-than-average hot breakfast which had friendly staff. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Location was good. Breakfast was great.

The elevator wasn't working. Bathroom tub and plumbing were loose and tub floor was not stable-made lots of noise when you stepped in.

The place was nice and clean.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. The doors to the rooms are really loud, and there were kids running up and down the halls late at night when we were trying to sleep.

Property was centrally located and clean.

The fridge didn’t work well. The toilet ran all night and the heat/air unit didn’t work properly. Not usual for a Hampton Inn.

Beds are always some of the best.

Get on the top floor or you will not get any sleep. Pounding, running, track meet. Seriously the building isn't that quiet and Hampton loves loud doors slamming shut.
