Great stay for the money

Property is very well located to where we needed to be and the price is very good. We took 2 rooms as we are family of 5

Not really a nitpick but property does not have washer and dryer and finding one at saturday night was a challenge. Not a complain at all, I know its rare you would do laundry in the hotel…

Great value for the money.

This is a great location to stay while playing local golf courses such as Poppy Hills, Pacific Grove, Laguna Seca, and others. Less than 1/2 hour drive to all.

Clean and the best part is it’s a 2 minute walk to the Breakfast Club where you can get a great breakfast at a reasonable price. It’s where a lot of the locals meet. Off street parking for good security.

Convenience and comfort at a very reasonable price!

The room was large, very clean, well appointed, with a silent refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and good wifi connection. I was also able to park right in front of my room and easily roll my heavy suitcase into the room--no stairs!

I was awakened in the night by some kind of mechanical noise coming from an adjacent room, perhaps an air-conditioning unit or fan. So the sound insulation could have been better.

Walls very thin so if by chance there are loud guest next door it’s a little unfortunate. Also bath mats need replacing.

Give this place a try!

Great location! Lots of yummy dining with walking distance, and many more options a short drive. Several beaches about a 5 minute drive away. The staff was helpful and accomodating of my requests. We will definitely use this inn on future trips!

My only dislike was the mattresses. They are odd but not uncomfortable.

Clean, modern room. Loved how big it was, bed was bigger than I expected as well. Check in was quick minus the phone call they were on when we walked in, but no biggie. Check out was quick, we deposited the key in the slot and all was well.

Needs more shower towels. Also the shower could use an inner and an outer liner, there is just a water-absorbent sheet. Also they only provided body wash and shampoo, no conditioner.

it was just terrible. There is no soundproofing between rooms. you can hear everything they are talking about. not only that, this night was just one disorder. behind the wall they had sex very loudly and we all heard it with the whole family, by calling the reception I complained, I don’t know what happened, but the neighbors also added a TV. The place is clearly not for recreation. the doors to the toilet creaked so loudly that every time someone wanted to use the toilet at night, the whole family shuddered. I do not advise

All in all it was a super convenient place to stay

The location was great for food and Gas before exploring and afterwards

Super strong smell of cleaner from whenever they cleaned the room! The Hot water wasn’t that hot if you like hot showers or baths

Cute and quaint get away

Rooms great size, great location with places to shop and eat within waking distance only 15 minutes to Old Fisherman Warf. Beach minutes away as well.

Could have used more towels with no stains, maybe upgrade the towls. And definitely upgrade pillows too soft non-fufilling. One reason I bring my own towels and wash rags. Other than that everything was great!

The location is great. The value is great. In general you get more than what you pay for it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area and it is one of my favorites always clean and affordable.

Nice rooms. way too expensive for no micto

Clean room and grounds.

Unfortunately, all the hotels raise their prices for the Jazz Festival days which is truly wrong. Come Monday, prices are slashed lower. They try to make up for days when their rooms are available.

Rudest owner I’ve encountered in a long time

If you have another option, go for it. The manager/owner is extremely rude. There’s nothing special about the property. Look elsewhere
