We were traveling for my father-in-laws funeral & I ask for a late checkout when we checked in & the receptionist told us yes we could check out at 12. The next morning at 11:15 the manager told us check out was at 11 and we needed to leave immediately. We explained to her that we asked for late check out & she not so politely informed us that they no longer offered late check out & to leave our room right then. She was rude & accused us of lying about a late check out.

There was no orange juice, and they were out of many breakfast items before 9:30. Late check out not available. No blanket for the pullout. Not enough towels in the room. Too much furniture in the room. Still waiting to receive my email receipt.

Overall price was exceedingly high. I only stayed there because my daughters dance team was at that hotel. My hotel door took a lot of force to close all the way

Nice clean stay!!!

The property was located in a really good area. The property was very clean and you smelled the freshness upon entering the hotel!!!

I did not like that the toilet was almost on the floor. It was very very low to the floor. Also, the lights in my room was very dim!!!!

Should have stayed home.

The breakfast looked good but I was in to much pain to be able to eat anything. I loved the coffee station and the lobby was absolutely beautifully decorated for the holidays.

I didn't like the fact the elevator wasn't working or that the indoor heated pool was ice cold and dirty. The hot tub was filled with balloons and unusable. The beds were hard and the pillows were way too big. So uncomfortable 🥺

Working in the area

Hotel was conveniently located near anything you would want. It was clean and comfy. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. When checking in our first room the heat was not working, they did not hesitate and moved us immediately, apologizing like crazy.

Nothing. We were working third shift and sleeping in the day, with no issues or loud banging, etc .

Hallways are like dungeon. Dark halls and wall paint very depressing. Facilities needs to be updated. Traffic noise was loud. Off all Holiday Inns stayed at, this was the worst facilities.

Staff was very nice, polite. The breakfast was very good.

When i arrived, the elevator was down, the electric doors weeren't functioning, and the Keurig in my room didn't work.The carpets needed vacuuming.

Had a problem checking in because my name was incorrectly put in computer.

Location was good it was easy to get around the city. Restaurant and shopping was very good.

My wife and I are mobility challenged and we were very disappointed that our bathroom was not at all conveniet for us even though I requested it when reservation was made

Facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful.

We did not know until we arrived that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. It could have been a last minute issue, but a heads up would've been nice. I booked this hotel based solely on the breakfast and pool to accommodate my daughter for spring break (12yrs old). So, she didnt get to have the fun time we planned. It is also the reason we checked out a day earlier than planned.

Was told pool was open when arrived was told under renovation, I could have stayed next door for a $100 less with a pool that worked. I was truly pissed that I was lied to about the pool cause we had kids with us.

For $277.76, the Holiday Inn Express was a huge disappointment.

The biggest reason I chose to stay at this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Much to my disappointment, they were not working. The coffee dispenser in the lobby was empty both days I tried to fill my cup.

Post on the website and send notification to potential gifts that the hot tub and pool are not working so they will go somewhere else. For the price tag of $277.76, the Comfort Inn would have been a much better choice of the same services at a lower price. The hot coffee dispenser was always empty.
