Room and facility was clean. Easy access to everything.

One of the main reasons we booked here was it had an inside pool we could use. When we checked in there was a sign that said the pools closed. We asked the attendant and she said yes it's down. We went to dinner and came back a couple hours later to hear people splashing around in the pool. We went to the attendant and a male manager said it's open on the weekends so we told them we would swim in the morning. We went down in the morning and another male manager said it's closed per management. I hate getting the run around after experiencing some other customers using the facility. If it's down I would understand, but it was used by others and we were turned away. I would hope there would be some kind of reimbursement and change happen so others will not experience the same customer service!

Beware of price increase more than your total due.

Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. Location was also close to the AMA facility.

Extra fee for incidentals that has never been charged before. Continental breakfast needs to start at 6:00 on weekends as well as weekdays. Water and bathroom smelled a little like rotten eggs until ran for a bit. Most disappointing thing was the up charge without being informed of it.

Clean but poor space management.

Very clean. Good bed.

Bathroom layout is way to small. Two people can not be getting cleaned up and ready to leave at same time. Door swings in to toilet, chops space in half immediately

Great place to stay would definitely would stay there again

Staff wss helpful and always pleasant Hotel was clean ! The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants

The beds could be a little more comfortable and the pillows were a little hard. Also the bathrooms are a bit small

I will never stay with Fairfield ever again I will never book with Fairfield ever again

When I got there to check in for my room they told me that the room that I ordered was no longer available due to a maintenance issue they did not have another room for me they never called me they sent me over to the next hotel tell him that it will be cheaper and they didn't even remember talking to the guy and it was almost double the price. I was also told that I could use the pool facilities As a part of accommodating the mistake sake no one answered the phone for us no 1 took our clothes call this back we received nothing

so so - expected more from price paid.

breakfast was bad. it was a sugar loaded few options menu. waffles - crunched of sugar, muffins, full of sugar. quite a disappointment.

Superb

The breakfast was good, The Fairfield Inn in Terrehaute had an excellent breakfast! The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The breakfast could have been better but it was still good.

Used the hall restroom someone peed all over had to clean it up so my granddaughter could use bathroom.my husband can't sleep in bed because of his back I asked for a different chair besides the one in room.clerk would not get me a chair.said can not remove any chairs.

They changed my stay to holiday in . I had to be staying away from my team in a shoddy dirty room with torn shower curtain n dirty floors n also sheets with wrinkles like someone had slept in them

Not worth the money.

Breakfast was good.

We got sent to a dirty room at check in and had to be switched to a different room. The curtains were covered in mold. Room was not super clean. Bed was conclaved. Pillows were flat. Mold causes sinus issues.

Excellent staff and clean facility

Best part about this hotel was the friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't bad for a sack lunch style and hotel was clean and location excellent. Housekeeping went out of their way for us, as did the front desk.

masks are pointless, gym and pool not open. Hotel was clean, but the masks are my biggest complaint. In areas where there is no one, it was required. I am sure they were doing as their state required, but from here on out, I will no longer stay at hotels with ridiculous mask mandates.

Passable

After an early check-in (1:30pm), went back to room that evening to find soaking wet carpet all over room and fans in room. Explanation was that they shampooed floor with no explanation why. Seemed more like a leak of some kind. They did ultimately discount the overinflated pricing (due to graduation in town), as the floors never did dry completely during the stay.
