Won’t stay again.

Location, buildings and rooms are dated. Sinks and shower units were well worn.

Management and front desk staff cleared one of our rooms without informing us. Packed all belongings in garbage bags and took to storage locker. No phone call or email. Returned to room after day at parks and everything was gone….. no apologies from management or understanding. Head manager was unremorseful and useless to work with for compensation.. offered a late check out and & $50 voucher after we had to bring all our stuff back to the room and sort it out dirty and some covered in soap. Front desk staff was not much help through the whole process the night of either….. pools were cold, grounds are aging.. parking limited… won’t stay again!

Worst experience in all of my 50 years of travel.

Getting out been going on and of for 30 years. Last visit the unit purchased had several maintenance issues. This visit was worst. We are done..never again.

The space rented was units A and C. You enter A which included a living area kitchenette,table,sofa and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed,1 Bath. Unit C was the other bedroom and bath. We checked in at 11:15pm and could access half the unit due to a locked deadbolt. Got in some time after midnight but the AC or AC fan wasn't working and it was too hot to sleep. Staff would not permit a room change until maintenance tried to repair. Now it's almost 1am. They had to access another rented unit and flip their thermostat from heat to AC since all 3 suites shared the same unit. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice place, but unprofessional "customer service"

The review I am going to give is a little bias, as I had a very unpleasant experience in regard to how they approached an issue I had while staying at the resort. Nonetheless, I will still try and be fair, we liked the location, the resort was nice enough, the pool the mini golf, the tennis court, all where nice and close by, the rooms where big enough, and looked fairly cleaned.

But I have to give my experience a 6 over 10, due to the way they handled a personal issue I had, without going into details, to avoid creating any problem to anyone, and especially that it shouldn't matter, regardless of the issue, when you are in the hospitality business you should make sure you are properly following up with your customers, whether they are past current of future ones. For 2 long weeks they kept throwing me from a person to another, managers were always (miraculously) unavailable, some were just rude, making me feel I am being unrealistic with my request. And I repeat, regardless if they had an answer to my inquiry or not, you should have the decency to still call back when asked to, make sure you explain to the customer the situation, and provide assurance that the matter is being looked at appropriately, make sure the client feel listened to. Any how, let's cut this short, I doubt I would be visiting them anytime soon, or recommend it to others, due to the mere principal that the way they handled the issue was 3 out of 10. And for me, especially in the hospitality world, it counts a lot. You never know what might happen, and so no matter how good a place is, if you have an issue and know you might face hell to get it resolved, better avoid such place...

Did not enjoy my stay here.

This is suppose to be a kid friendly hotel and nothing was kid friendly. The swing set is near a sign that says to do feed alligators and snakes. The slide set will burn your skin off. The ground near the games is too hot. The pool has kids running and jumping all over the place- not ideal for a little kid. Even in the 0 feet section, you have people reckless and dangerous for a kid. Also the floor becomes slippery so kids can easily fall when they leave. The sprinkler is warm and ground is falling apart The hot tub in the room is so dangerous for a 11 month old. There was an ant infestation and huge bugs in the hotel room daily. Staff are not friendly when you approach for assistance.

Poor customer service. Don't stay here!

Never stayed. Cristina , manager, told me I'd get refund because our room wasn't ready, power off, no pool, no restaurant .room she gave us had 1 emergency key, dirty, old unacceptable . She wouldn't give me a receipt to say what she promised!! She gave me a bogus phone number for herself. Very poor service!!!

Please contact booking.com to give me a credit for a room I never used!!!

Soon as we walk in the room dirty towels on the floor I called to the front desk supervisor came they sent new but but left the dirty ones on the floor. The bathroom tube and sink were not cleaned , told they booking. com to take off for one night but it never happened.

Great location, amazing amenities but some of the rooms need updating.

The pool area is one of the top hotel pools I have seen. The pool bar is quite amazing along with all the other amenities.

Only thing I would say is the room needed a little updating and without an elevator it was tough getting our luggage up three flights of stairs.
