Don’t appreciate hard sell for time share.

Food and drinks were good. Location is rough.

GPS directs you to rear of the property and puts you in a trailer park. Property is not accessible from there. Had to call and get proper directions. Had to listen to a hard sell of time share in order to get parking pass.

We were out most of the day every day so never used all the facilities that were at our disposal

relatively close to where we needed to be, seemed to be safe and secure

Disgusting room filthy , poor service, dirty floors

I did not like anything about this hotel. Please look at the pictures I uploaded. It is a bugs in my room. The garbage never taken out at. I had to pay $27 for the housekeeping service room after being there for 6 days. Also no broom or dustpan. No laundry in the building nasty hotel

I did not like that upon check-in. The staff did not let us know that there is no additional service given for the room. Also, you have to pay for your towels if you need additional towels. They did not inform us of what was included. They simply tried to sell us a timeshare after I checked in

Overall we did enjoy our stay and ground were very pleasant!

Not sure what breakfast you’re talking about. We cooked our own in our room.

Well, not having someone try to break into our room would have been a much better start! For some VERY strange reason, somehow a clerk gave a the same key to another guest and they tried to get into our room busting the slide lock on our door. We spoke with Guest Services and found out they had both A and B (we were in B). We had been given the room first and had just unpacked everything and were not willing to move. The person trying to get into the room was certainly not very happy, but neither were we! They finally found them another room. VERY DISCONCERTING beginning to our stay! We also had some problems with the stoppers in our sinks in the bathroom. They kept popping up and wouldn’t hold water. Maintenance had to come up a couple of times to work on them. And the washer and dryer were EXTREMELY NOISY! But we just dealt with that.

Clean, spacious, family ready and close to all the major attractions.

The room was impeccable, the staff was very helpful, and the location was unbeatable. I would definitely go back in the future and stay there.

I would definitely stay here again

the property and suite were clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is great because there are lots of restaurants and stores to go to.

my only complaint would have to be that there is only 1 pool and it’s located at the front of the resort.

I like the cleanness of the rooms

That I asked for a room called the highest score and I got a third for and I have some rude neighbor that stayed up all night running the floors talkin about playing music. See that's why I asked for a higher room I went to the office are the front desk back and forth all day the whole day that I was there on my first day I didn't get no rest the second day it took them forever to get me a room upstairs when my day was almost over with and I was unsure please and dissatisfied that I paid $380 for two nights and did not enjoy my stay the worst day ever that I had there

It was pleasant

We really like the pools, very nice. The lobby was very nice and the atmosphere. Like the little cafe right on site, very convenient.

I did not like that our room was so far from everything, too far to walk.

We came for honeymoon and our special package we paid additional was not ready in the room that we got did not have the

It had a lot of amenities like a spa two pools a tennis court and they had things to do like karaoke and bingo
