Rudest front desk manager I ever dealt with.

not much.

when I checked in, the room wasn’t ready yet. I said that was okay, we had somewhere to be and coukd they take care of the room while I was gone. I had not seen the room yet. when I got back several hours later, I went to the room, it was literally torn up. apparently it was being refinished. it was unusable. I went to the front desk, and they said sorry, you shouldn’t have been given that room we are overbooked, good luck finding a room. no offer of assistance in locating a room, even though I had a confirmed reservation for over a month and had already been charged for the room. the front desk wouldn’t even call the sister property (Hampton Inn) literally across the parking lot, to get me a room there. I had to call and book tge right I’m myself last minute, and had to pay almost double what the reserved room would have cost.

Unclean and uncomfortable

The room was dusty with previous guests' hair in the bathroom, on the lampshades. I was given a yellow stained comforter and the mattress itself was stained all over with a poorly fitting mattress cover. Most of the pillows did not have a zipped cover over them, only the top case. The air conditioning fan cannot be adjusted so it is full blast or nothing, very loud and caused significant congestion and poor sleep. There was food spatter on the kitchenette walls and food particles in the silverware tray. There were stains on the bathroom ceiling not from water. The beige ottoman was stained all over. It was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in and was highly disappointed. I chose this hotel over the last one I stayed in in the same area because it was walking distance to my location of work that week. The staff was all very nice especially the woman who attended to breakfast.

Loved the room/disappointing breakfast.

We have stayed here for our wedding anniversary for several years now and love the rooms. They are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything we need. Breakfast in years past has always been great!

We were disappointed in the breakfast each morning. Some items were room temperature/cold that should have been warm or hot, such as the eggs. Oatmeal was old and crusty. Items such as cream cheese and butter were now being served in open jars instead of individual packets. What I witnessed from guests made this type of serving unsanitary. The meat choices were not appealing and very cheap, such as chorizo, instead of bacon or sausage as in the past.

Abuse with the payment

Good place. Good service. Service of breakfast not enough. Also duplicate the charges in the payment´s card and do not make the refund of $50.00 dolars

I made the check in at march 7th, and the check out at march 10th. It charge my card in the check in. Also charge a $50 dolars for unforseen. In the check out it charged the card again. Duplicate the payment and do not return the $50.00 My confirmation number 83681951

It was horrible. My room had bedbugs. They charged me for the room AND the new room.

Overall a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Weekday staff as a whole is excellent

Outdated ac kept room 80 or more degrees and uncomfortable. Maint staff could not do better but tried. Weekend morning breakfast staff is terrible and should be replaced. More interested in phone than keeping area stocked and clean.

My stay was pleasant.

The staff was friendly and polite. Loved that it had a kitchenette. Loved how it was a real ac/ heater unit instead of a loud wall unit that sticks out takes up space and makes loud noise. I liked how checkout was at 12:00 and not at 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. in the morning.

I didn't like how housekeeping would just use their key to come in you're room your supposed to knock and announce who you are. But don't housekeeping have a chart of who's checking out and who asked for there rooms to be cleaned. It clearly stated on the bathroom mirror that if you were staying there several days and wanted your room cleaned that you had to call the front desk to have someone clean your room and notify them. It made me feel like are my belongings safe. I did not like the bugs that were on the side entrance doors and walls. The outside of the hotel need to be sprayed with pesticides or that people did not pick up their pet feces. I didn't like that theyer were no surveillance cameras down all hallways on each floor to show who's going in and out your room or trying to come in and out your room .I didn't like how the fire alarm in the room did not work once I changed to the second room. And I didn't like how they charge you for breakfast but you had a kitchenette to eat in every room I feel like they should have had a separate key for people that wanted to eat breakfast there it shouldn't have been included in the right for those that were getting doordash or Uber eats or making their own breakfast in their rooms.

Overall, we had a nice stay. the room was clean, the front desk agents were nice and friendly.

the property was clean, no odor, and easy to navigate.

the parking. $15/day for minimum parking that should be free.

Never Ever Again

Awful property with worse staff! Older, yucky feeling, I don't know why Hilton is acquiring these sub properties under their name. You can no longer trust the Hilton name if what I've learned. We moved to the Residence Inn, in a far better neighborhood, same price, a HUGELY Better Room and Staff! This old room, once we got in after waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, while Woody and absent managers failed miserably and we had a 4 year old in tow, which no one cared about. The manager said she was sorry but for what she couldn't say....horrible The room had the only bathroom set up in the bedroom part of their suites, so everyone travels through your room into the open old bathroom ~ what?? At Residence Inn, the bathroom is its own room and everything was far better especially the staff!

the property was clean. had some minor wear and tare. but over all, the bed was comfortable. the bathroom and tub were big and spacious. my kids complained that the sofa bed was springy. the dishwasher worked. some glasses were dirty. and the toaster needed wiping down. the pool was ok. the breakfast was ok. but money saver. dennys and Rudy’s walking distance

Superb

Nice spacious clean rooms. Close to everything. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to health department and you had to use the facilities at the hotel across the parking lot!! No mention of that on website when I booked the room!! Also, there was a young girls softball team staying there that ate ALL the bacon one morning, and there wasn't any for anyone else!! Just icky sausage! Was dissappointed!!

I was there for business do it worked but not worth the value

location to my course was excellent.

both the gym and pool under construction. if I had of known I would not have booked this location. half the hotel is still under construction. breakfast is very minimal…all carbs and eggs. bananas and bacon or gluten free bread would make it much better. my bedding did not even fit the bed. basically nothing in the kitchen for supplies, extremely minimal

This was suppose to be a nice get away trip for myself and my husband away from the kids, and it was the opposite.

The ladies I interacted with at the front desk were very nice and friendly.

The water was turned off from 11-4 on Saturday which was extremely inconvenient. The jacuzzi was broken.
