It looks nice the room was a decent size. The TV displays a greeting by name when you get to the room.
We broke out in a wierd rash the day after staying there, the bed sheets didn't seem clean it felt like they just reset the bed and let us stay in it I found a cap to someone's deodorant in the bed, a good amount of hair, the pillows smelled like someone's hair product. There isn't a ice machine on level 3 next to the elevator. The room had a little balcony over looking the pool and there was a sign on the door that said no smoking but the patio had atleast 6 cigarette butts just sitting on the ground. There's no microwave, and while clever the fridge is tucked away under the side of the desk

Clean, comfortable, and staff helpful. The lobby is big and great for working. Loved the they have a little cafe to get drinks and a quick breakfast and an place to grab snacks after hours. Room was spacious, has nice big easy to access closet and a little sofa (with a foot rest) that could fold out into full size bed. Mini fridge and microwave were under a counter cabinet for a clean look and Lee space to spread out. A tasteful way to make an upgrade on your tradition luggage rack was the little rolling drawer unit to pulled out from under the desk. Two drawers for your belongings underneath, and a safe place for your suitcase to unfold off the bed and the floor OR a bench to sit on. Overall they offer great amenities for the price in a tastefully appointed comfortable room with nice mattresses. And they are pet friendly.
I have a service dog who alerts me to what I cannot hear, I was woken at all odd hours throughout the night to guests coming and going like they had been partying or were otherwise just in the hallways hanging out outside my door. Someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, starting at roughly 3am and continuing till 8 am every half hour or so, just people. Back and forth. All night.

😱No Breakfast was provided, unless you count the packaged ones, that you have to pay for from
Starbucks then microwave in the snack area. It was so very disappointing!
We ended up only staying 1 day and move to another hotel.
We had to pay $50 to get a room 2 hours earlier than check in time; also $5 a night for parking.
Everyone was tired, our A/C went out and it’s unhealthy to sleep in the heat. Plus, we live 25 miles
South of the hotel. None of this was their fault, but I thought they could have waived the fees.
I don’t foresee us going back to the hotel.

Rooms nice, good location
Staff very rude, my daughter had a room booked same days as us separate 4 poeple they were told not schedule till next day and hotel full she had her reservation number and she was right. Some how they just seem to find room when her husband talked to them. But they were very rude to out whole group and making up lies about our boys knocking on door we weren't even at the hotel when they accused them. Just really unprofessional people.

The place was filthy. The shower hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The place would be fine if it was cleaned. The whole hotel was dirty.

location and room set up.
new parking fees and dust room ventilation system.

The beds were very very comfortable. The location was great, right off the 10 and close to everything. The room was clean and roomy.
$5 a day for parking and tax on top of that, that was not on booking.com. The bathroom door didn't lock because the door backwards and the bolt lock didn't work either. I'm sure I knew there was no breakfast but the charges were what they had were pretty high. I just went for donuts elsewhere. The shower thing wouldn't go up so it was a shower and bath in one which was very slippery.

Bed a bit hard

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location. We have been staying here for Christmas for at least the past 10 years including when it was originally a Marriot. It has gone downhill since then.
The quality of the rooms has declined. Beds awful, pillows awful, limited staff. Recent renovations were very low quality.

I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included. The prices seemed a little high for the food for what it was.

Everything overcharging to stay to overcharging for everything to charging for breakfast? Insane price for what you get in return
