It did not live up to expectations of an expensive and prestigious company.
The location is in a dead downtown where there is NOTHING nearby. There is a food court accessible that is only operated on weekdays midday. The hotel’s bar/restaurant is closed on Sunday, only opens at 3 pm and closes at 9 on Monday. The hours are posted only when it is closed, so there was no way to know on Saturday that it was closed on Sunday. And when expected that it was open until 11pm, SURPRISE, it closes at 9 on Monday. There is nowhere to eat nearby — downtown closes at 5. The main entrance is not handicap accessible. There are about 10 stairs and no ramp even though there is plenty of space to put a ramp in. Wheelchairs have to enter through the garage ramp among the cars. There was no maid service to our room on Saturday and Sunday. This is a poor choice. I have two more days here and right now with all food choices closed, I am starving. The breakfast is overpriced at $15 and it might have been closed on Sunday (I didn’t check).

I liked being able to walk every where we needed, but I was a bit disappointed that there was not a hot tub nor a complimentary breakfast since I've stayed at cheaper hotels which have had both, other then that I had no complaints and would stay there again

Location great. Amenities great.
We were not notified that we needed cards to eat breakfast as price was included in stay. Another couple had paid for their breakfast 2 days in a row stating they thought it was included. We had to inform them to go to front desk to get voucher. Also upon checkout I was surprised with a $22 parking fee which apparently I was notified about. This should have been more obvious. We can choose the nights, amount of people, etc. It should then ask if you need to park a car to add that to total. These two things soured my stay and view of hotel.

Nice room, good connecting bar/restaurant, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Parking garage was a little spending for overnight parking and the snacks were way overpriced.

Location, within walking distance to fine dining and a quick Lyft to CHS field.
Continental breakfast is NOT included with the room. It is advertised as a the Town Grill with a breakfast buffet but not worth it. The bars are not open on Sundays, the Saturday staff told us they were.
The room was not the cleanest either.

I loved the beds and the fact that it had a resteraunt and bar however the prices are INSANE.
a bottle of pop is $5. the parking is even more rediculous $22 to park for 24 hours ok cool. accept every time we had to leave the passes didn’t work to leave so we’d have to go back to front desk get a new one run back to parking garage. this happend 4 times. the owners of said parking garage are unreachable by the staff of hotel. the intercom to get help when trying to leave is shot they cannot hear us!! over all kind of a waste .. thought I was getting a fancy room being it’s the Hilton. it’s was ok it was comfy . very small. not really any wow factors to make it stand out as luxury.

The hotel was beautiful its self. The set up. The lobby is beautiful.
The rooms weren’t fully cleaned. The staff wasn’t helpful. Didn’t even offer me a new room after telling them the beds didn’t get changed. And the air didn’t work so it was very hot. Not happy at all. I work in housekeeping myself so I was disappointed.

Check in was fast.
Shower was broken. Could not use it.
Pretty sure I booked 2 queen beds and got one.

The staff was pleasant but seemed irritated when we asked where things were. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
When booking, I was told the breakfast would be included. I was surprised to find out it was $16 per person for the breakfast. I was also told that there was free parking options, but had to pay $22 for the night. There was no signage that said where anything was and when we asked the staff they were not very friendly. Also disappointed that there was no hot tub.

Really liked that there was a restaurant/bar in the facility. we were able to grab a bite and a beer before our evening hockey game.
The restaurant/bar was closed because of the weather on day 2. There was a breakfast area, but at check in, we were told it served until 10, nope apparently it was 9. Made it difficult to get any food. Probably won’t recommend anyone stay here in the winter, as it closes down food availability, unless you plan on bringing your own food. We had to go to eat at another hotel’s restaurant. I wonder how they could be open and our’s wasn’t?.
