The staff and property were excellent.

The lady running the breakfast had everything presented and maintained at an excellent level.

We were concerned that there were so many dogs staying at the nice hotel. I don't think there are SPECIFIC rooms for people with dogs. Of course the dogs have to use the small landscaped areas of the property if they don't have an accident in the hotel room or hallways. Plus some dogs became aggressive to others.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a siren The carpets are disgusting The idea of paying so much per night and still have to request housecleaning to do the room is not on! The elevators need an overhaul

We like the town at Seal beach but not the hotel

Good!

The staff did not tell me that you have to ask for your room to be clean and have clean towels and I had to go get my own stuff, there was nobody on staff. Our toilet did not flush good in room 307 we left for the whole day and they left it plugged up it took them an hour after we got back from going to the beach to fix the toilet.

we used tii on live near this location. we were back to visit and the location was perfect. facility is nice, clean and

very convenient, clean and updated.

smokers hung around the entrance. had to walk through their smoke to get inside

Subpar

Most staff were friendly. Check in was suboptimal. Staff was polite but very unaccommodating. We were from out of town and had a 3 PM wedding to attend. There was no effort made to get us checked in prior to your 3 pm check in time. Not even an offer to notify us when a room became available.

Inflexible and unconcerned we needed to change to attend a 3 pm wedding. Offer was “there is a public restroom you can use to change. Check in time is 3 pm”.

Location

Room was stuffy. Couldn't get AC thermostat to set. Bed was way to springy/soft. My husband stepped on an old chicken bone near our bed! We checked out and night.
