I did not get the room that I reserved and was treated poorly about it. One staff member was especially rude. When we went into our room it was clearly not cleaned food on the counter urine on the bathroom floor and dried blood on the couch
4.0 / 5.0
The staff. We’ve stayed a couple times and every staff member we’ve come across is so friendly, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. The amenities are why we stay here, as we have young kids and spend a lot of time enjoying all the hotel has to offer.
Rooms all have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Mattresses in the pull out couches are awful. TVs need to be updated to smart TV’s.
2.0 / 5.0
Basically everything. Promised a King suite, bed was probably a queen at best. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly, the TV didn’t work, and the furniture was tired appearing. Looked out on a parking lot. Also, I’m pretty angry that I had to pay $10 a day for parking at a hotel in the middle of no where that would be nearly impossible to get to without a car. And for all this, we paid $300 per night (not including parking). Would not recommend or return.

I have been staying at that particular hotel for over 20 years.Breakfast is great 👍
My toilet 🚽 was broken and I had a overflow as I was just leaving for dinner. Besides that it was fine

As always, the room size was great. Like a little apartment instead of a hotel room. Dog friendly first floor room.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Parking was sparse on Saturday night.

Location
Upon arrival I sanitize my room myself. When lifting the sheets to check for bedbugs I noticed the mattress pad had a large urine stain. I lifted the mattress pad off and the mattress had a coinciding stain. I reached out to the front desk who brought me another pad but did not offer to change my room. My husband and I flipped the mattress but did not feel comfortable sleeping there.
The pool was not working and we already had outside plans so we didn't use any other amenities, not even breakfast. A horrible stay for the money. Not sure why the computer generated a 4.0 for me, this stay was a 2.0 at best.
4.5 / 5.0
The breakfast had staples of muffins, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, strawberries, apple and orange juices, and oatmeal. Had extra toppings for things chocolate chips and sauces. Varied day to day regarding eggs, bacon, potatoes. Staff very helpful.
Had more green tea bags than black tea bags but this was minor thing.

Staff helped mr out since freezer did not work by getting me some ice. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. asked for sugar free syrup and they got me some.
Facility...Freezer did not work as it did not make ice or freeze my bottle of soda. Ceiling fan did not work in bedroom

Good value. parking very near front door.
Was a lot of permanent residents. Not sure about Covid.
Really hard to find. Need a sign to tell you to turn down form the other street. Only saw the Hilton sign after we turned around

The bed was comfortable, liked the suite and that breakfast was included. I liked the closet space as well.
Breakfast Saturday morning was extremely uncomfortable. Apparently a maintenance worker was filling in for the breakfast stuff and he was extremely inappropriate. Made off color jokes, made people feel uncomfortable and said a customer “must really like sausage!” when she asked for more sausage. We ended up leaving and eating out for breakfast.
Also the hotel is a bit rundown for a Hilton. I stay only at Hiltons and travel often and was disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. The hallways smelled like smoke, rugs were dirty, elevator was dirty and run down, etc.
Maybe if the facilities guy was busy cleaning or performing upkeep instead of making nasty sexual remarks at young female customers it would look a bit better.

the breakfast was nice
the halls smelled of marajauna and the people on our floor had 2 huge dogs that barked and were frightening to me and my dog. had to pay to park and the pet fee was $25 more than it said on the website.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Good hot breakfast!
Bed was hard and pillows way too soft - no support at all. Also. Shades didn't close all the way in my room and some flashing blue light from the parking lot across the street strobed on my wall all night making it hard to sleep
