First rate accommodation in former textile mill.

Great example of repurposing a historic building and employing industrial chic aesthetics with references to former use. Excellent facilities, quality furnishings.

Seemed a bit remote. No double rooms (two queens) facing the river view. Very loud ductless heat pump unit.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten zwei sehr angenehme Nächte.

Neben dem bequemen Bett hat uns vor allem der Stil des Hotels sehr gefallen.

Das Waschbecken ist leider etwas zu klein geraten.

Not a bad value for the money.

The restaurant was good and the outdoor patio was very nice. Although the had speakers but couldn't play music supposedly due to construction., which was disappointing. Also the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water

There was a bad odor in the room, reminiscent of cigarette smoke. Also the AC unit/mini split did not work

It was supposed to have a wonderful time staying this hotel but annoyed

I like the hotel design and bed mattress. they are super comfortable. I had very good sleep after crashing onto the bed except annoying loud air conditioner noisy even they were turned off! Room maid service is very rare (once a week) even you requested it daily. so every day when you come back and open the door, wow, everything stays same! DIY. The hotel restaurant cooks tasty food obviously. It always surprised me for the breakfast. But the upset thing was that you have to wait for almost an hour or at least 40 minutes to get your oder. that really takes very long time. I saw some people leaving without breakfast after sitting 20 minutes. The parking place is on the opposite street. Sometimes it is full if you drive in late. It is not free, 10 dollars per day. All in all, the hotel is running by Hilton. I was expecting a quiet room and good serivce but it made me annoyed.

Good price but several small things mean we’ll go elsewhere next time.

The property was a unique design and not far from several restaurants.

The bathroom sink was too small causing splashing. Also, the water for the sink didn’t heat. Tried to get someone in after second time asking it was looked at but not fixed.

Misleading Website

Great bar staff.

Their website and even their on TV list of amenities boast an airport shuttle. There was none, which is a kick in the pants when that's the primary reason you booked the hotel.

Holiday Inn is about the same price or cheaper and better maintained.

The idea of the comfortable modern industrial is nice.

It needs to be updated and better maintained. Air conditioners don’t work properly and there’s moisture build up on numerous surfaces.

wilol stay again when visiting my son

room was great, bar terrific. everything was to my liking except the bathroom sink.

sink was so narrow that couldn't avoid getting water all over the floor.

The location was really nice. Everything was close by. We had a warm welcome at arrival. The parking was free. The staff we interacted with were nice and seemed like they wanted to help with some of the issues.

We switched to a new room each night for various issues. One was no hot water the next time the carbon monoxide machine started beeping very loudly in the middle of the night when we were fast asleep. We had to switch rooms for that. Anytime we asked for something (fridge, towels, remote) it was not brought to us we had to keep calling and asking up to the following day. The bathroom is an interesting set up and is completely open to the room at the top.

NYLO is my Favorite!

One of my favorite places to stay in RI. It is conveniently located right in the middle of all the places I love to visit. Providence, Newport and all the beaches, great places to walk and eat. Comfy bed, staff is always accomodating, very clean

No enough towels ever in the room, always have to ask

Very good

Didn't think I would like the industrial look, but I did. The room was spacious, and the river view was excellent. The staff were attentive and quick to respond.

I couldn't connect my laptop to the TV. the remote for the TV isn't the original and I couldn't access the source function on the TV. And there was no way to get any of the streaming services as far as I could tell. Faster internet would be a bonus.

Served it purpose but not a fan of design and room furnishings.

Warm greeting from staff. Assistance via hotel van / transportation— very accommodating and friendly.

Rooms cold. Industrial feel was a bit much. Felt like I was sleeping in an upgraded garage. Lighting all white vs yellow — more cold than warm and comforting.

I hate booking so badly now!

I booked the property for my bday! Super excited got the most expensive room available, with a bathtub. Got there at 10:30pm… After a long day… Surprise… No bathtub… On the premises… Thank you Booking, for ruining my plans and taking my money!

The property was perfect. I just wanted to have what I paid for!

Would not recommend paying more than around $100 for a room here.

Comfortable bed. Nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Free parking. Airport shuttle. AC/heat was easy to use.

It was like a decorated prison cell. Kind of an unnerving feeling being in this concrete box with a bed. There’s an industrial esthetic, and then there’s cutting corners- seemed unfinished. Plastic shower floor was bowing and there was a big gap on top of it to the bedroom so there wasn’t really privacy. Bathroom sink made a mess of water everywhere and all over the floor. Could hear water flowing from other rooms all night. No complimentary coffee or water in the lobby.
