Awful

Mini fridge didn’t work. Cleaning staff loud cleaning other rooms so I couldn’t sleep. Toilet didn’t work for 24 hrs and couldn’t be fixed so had to be switched rooms. The new room had mold and caked on dust on the AC. Staff didn’t seem to care about any of these issues. Overall terrible stay.

Our stay way wonderful!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and very comfortable for 4 nights. The Breakfast was great, nice variety for everyone. Great location!!! Close to many restaurants, shops, and maybe a 20 min Uber ride from Disney.

Somewhat N/A. — The hotel bar was hardly open, but that wasn’t an issue because the hotel is so close to many restaurants, a sports bar, and lounge. Also the store inside the hotel did offer wine, so I had no complaints. :)

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Orlando

Free breakfast

Parking situation was terrible. Front desk service were not welcoming or kind. Everything other than the front lobby is in poor condition. Room wasn’t comfortable.

Will never stay at any of the Marriott hotel in future

Unprofessional staff and never mentioned $16/day for parking while booking the hotel

Arrived at the facility at 11:30pm, fridge and microwave were not working in the room assigned, the staff changed the room, was unable to open the lock, came 3 times to the front desk to re-program the key and it didn’t work. Assigned another room, it was 1:05am to enter the room.

Family absolutely enjoyed our stay

Location is perfect. Didn’t need to drive anywhere because everything is within perfect walking distance

Wish the hot tub was not removed and wish the drinks at the bar were made better

It’s a great and comfortable .

Location was good. Rooms were nice. The valet was exceptional... very fast and friendly.

Front desk was slow and unprofessional. Was very chatty, even with 4 or 5 guests waiting in line to check in. Took me 45 minutes to get checked in.

First the entrance has a smell not very inviting. The keys for the rooms are hard to open. The elevators smell horrible. The breakfast disgusting and oily. Room never got cleaned

Breakfast was good, location good close to everything. Staff was nice.

Our room started to feel very humid so 2 nights we were very uncomfortable. Didn’t think much of it until the second night, but when I spoke to the staff the staff switched us rooms right away. After being settle in new room we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

It was a very nice hotel stay!

It was very nice. It had a valet and when you get a ride somewhere they open the doors for you when you leave and when you come back! The pool was nice and was open till 11pm. The breakfast was ok.

You had to pay $14 parking fee per night which I thought was free parking when I reserved the room. Also the light in the bathroom by the mirror didn’t work so it was hard to put on makeup!

Last minute booking due to flight delay,very accomodating. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful Rooms were plentlful and clean. Great location
