I always like going to this hotel it’s in a good location with great food at their restaurant.
The first room they gave us was never cleaned. There was hair all over in the shower. The bathroom floor was sticky by the toilet and there was only 1 clean towel the 2nd towel had been used. They moved us to another room where we had to transfer all of our belongings to the new room with no help from the staff. After the inconvenience of 2 trips of moving all of our belongings 2 floors to the new room. We finally got settled in around 11:45pm where we had to deal with a sink that would fill up with water because the drain was clogged up.

Clean nice staff.
This place was on strike, and we could not enjoy any time in peace. The strikers even provoked our dog to be jerks. I called Hilton to get a refund or at least a partial refund and I have not heard back. This was Sept 3. Workers want to make $39 dollars in a few years - ya right .... washing dishes, making beds is not a $40 per hour job. Thanks, Democrats, for creating an issue we all have to clean up now.

Location and view
The hotel had a lot of stuff closed off due to the strike going on as well as some stuff under construction.

Good location and facilities/ clean and friendly
Due to strike action from hotels workers i was woken up early after a long haul flight by air horns, loud hailers and shouting and i was on the 15th floor. due to this action many of the hotels access points were shut including the drop off point as uber refused to go up and gates were shut preventing access so had to walk with suitcases. Staff didn't even acknowledge what was going on or try to move them off site or even put a security guard nearby to encourage you to feel safe.

Comfortable and nice view!
Except for the VIP counter, the attitudes of most of the other service desks and service staff are very average, some can even be said to be poor, and there is also a serious phenomenon of random charging.

So close to the ballpark and walking distance to downtown. Lots of parking.
The hotel delivered the wrong crib to our room. Called to have it switched and were told that bell service was too busy and we had to exchange it ourselves so had to wheel a whole crib through the hotel and wheel the proper, bigger one with mattress back up to our room. Parking garage had a broken elevator and was quite expensive to use. Otherwise was a decent stay.

Left my wife sitting in the lobby for over 2hrs because her key would not work and they refused to update it because the booking was in my name. She had photo ID, we share the same surname and address, booking was for two guests. Robotic Duty manager was totally uninterested, just said it was for our security.
Ludicrous prices. Over 20 dollars for a draft beer, 100 dollars for orange juice, coffee, bacon and eggs breakfast for two.

view of the room
When I checked in, the front desk recommended that I pay 170 for an upgrade to a senior suite and showed me nice looking rooms. The room was indeed more spacious and had a great view, but my next problems had nothing to do with that: the room had no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no tooth cup (I used the glass cup next to the coffee maker, and in the shower the cramped countertop made me break it, which I'm sure Hilton deducted from my deposit), and the TV remote didn't respond. Worst of all, the bed actually consisted of a movable bed frame. I can understand when someone stays in this room just for meetings (because of the large conference table). But I wish I could have slept in a normal bed instead of with my head hanging out the back of my head (there was a large gap near the head of the bed and the wall). I hope that next time Hilton makes their front desk talk about these issues as well instead of just saying the good things (the front desk had a great attitude, I'm not picking on him) during their sales pitch.

I love the early check-in, I loved the free bottled water. I love the amenities, and I loved the walking Bridge to Petco.!!! PS the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Stayed one night for a concert at Petco Park. Easy walking distance to the stadium using the bridge (there are many steps). You can walk to Seaport village which is less than 1 mile. Rooms were quiet. Starbucks on site.
Check-in was a little hectic as everyone has to check-in at the same time. Big event = many people.
I tried using the self check-in system prior to arriving, but it would not work.
Parking is $45 with in and out privileges. Typical for San Diego area, but still a high fee.

Tenía muy buena vista
Que cuando uno reserva por booking le dicen que en el pago que hace uno está todo incluido, pues resulta que no es cierto.
Cuando uno chequea la entrada al hotel le vuelven a cobrar a uno deposito y además parking.

Location was great. Cleanness. Stay is very comfortable.
Entrances were a bit confusing. Expensive parking.

The room was nice enough. My wife appreciated being able to easily log into our netflix account to watch our shows. The bed was comfortable enough. The bellhops and valet employees were on top of their game. I cannot say the same about the general hotel staff.
The views were misrepresented in the photos on booking.com. Directly below the hotel is an industrial shipping facility and the nice views of the sunset were tempered with the industrial activity directly below. Hudson and Nash was ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre meal we had there. Also, not being able to view a menu for room service on the hilton app because the app was the only place the menu was available and the app constantly crashed was disappointing. We didn't understand how a hotel like the San Diego Bayfront's only room service option was ordering from a grab and go glorified seven eleven.

View from the room was great.
L-o-n-g line to get checked in and checked out. Waited at least 30 minutes on check in. For the amount I paid for the rooms, this was ridiculous.

The room was very comfortable, and the view was amazing from the 14th floor. The hotel was perfectly placed for attending the conference at the convention center. There were also a bunch of restaurants around to try.
The only thing I would have changed was that I wished the pool went deeper.
