Great location and comfortable rooms close to all the fun in San Diego.

Great staff at check in. Pool was a fun feature for our kids. Beds were comfortable and relaxing after a day of travel.

Easy, and all our needs where accommodated.

My family and I really enjoyed our breakfast, it was very tasty and had great options. The pool was very nice and clean and we loved that it was heated. We would love to come back and stay here in the future.

We didn't like that we were told that we were not able to use our AAA member discount or any other discounts because San Diego was a tourist attraction for comic con. The receptionist told us that if it wasn't for Comic Con we would be able to use our discount. My family and I where not there for Comic Con, so that was very disappointing.

Friendly staff and clean property, you pay to park overnight in outdoor unsecured parking.

Clean room,super friendly staff - they were able to accommodate us on the first floor as requested. Location is good but you have limited to no options to eat around there. Breakfast was alright but could have been better.

Parking cost is steep, and EV charging costs are even higher. IMO guests should get free charging if they are paying for the parking anyway. The other hotel we stayed at charged us only $10 parking per night and let us charge for free.

Location and room size

Breakfast was not good. They ran out of everything so you had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. When it was finally taken out, it was not appealing. Boiled sausage 🤮 one of the staff cleaning said he was sick. Kind of scary he’s going into the rooms to clean sick without a mask

Pleasant stay in the Mission!

Friendly front desk staff who always helped immediately whenever we needed supplies. Breakfast offered a good selection and coffee was always nice and hot. Public areas were always clean. Pool was nice!

Regular hotel with overpriced parking

New hotel, quite, clean.

When I booked the room on booking.com it was not clear that the parking will cost $26/day. It is not special parking structure and it is not safe, just usual parking around the building. I think it is very expensive. The breakfast was not so good and the breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate all guests, on Sunday we could not find the place to seat an took our food to the room. I didn't like the room design: the bathroom and toilet rooms are just opposite the bed.

Very nice, relaxing stay.

Breakfast was good, very popular. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless and well kept, room was nicely organized and roomy with king bed, separate toilet and shower room, which was great, nice desk area, sofa seating, little kitchenette. We slept really well while there. Very nice experience and definitely would go again when in the Mission Valley area. Starbucks-adjacent, near everything you need.

Great option for a family that wants a good place to stay in order to travel the area

The room size was great, with a dedicated office The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and fresh. The pool was warm and clean

Our bathroom sink kept overflowing (even when we did not use it), randomly started extracting water from both sinkholes. This only happened to one of our rooms out of two rooms, the other room was perfectly fine.

Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel had good indoor security. Room key or call button for staff were required to enter hotel. There were a couple homeless men on the property next door but none on the hotel property.

In room menu for local delivery was outdated, the business is closed. Otherwise zero complaints.

Otherwise, my whole experience overall was delightful. The hotel was convenient for our outgoing.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, and entertainment.

No replacement of towels, should've been done everyday without guests asking for them. Shower bathroom door was hard to slide freely, the WIFI was slow when connecting to Netflix, and sink water doesn't flow freely.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Will never stay again!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! They charge $25 PER NIGHT for parking!!!!!! AND THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT IT!!! I was NEVER told that I would have to pay $25 per night for parking or I would have found another hotel to stay at! This is ridiculous!!!! Especially when you have a handicap plaque. I was NEVER told this when I checked in NOR was I told this when I booked online!!!! NO NEED TO UP CHARGE CUSTOMERS!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Front desk Staff was friendly and overall presence of hotel was welcoming. Happy was very informative and informed us during check-in of the lack of water issue in the hotel. Great customer Service.

No water in hotel for2 hours after we checked in. Had to go out to local eatery establishment to use restroom and spend time away from hotel while water issue gets resolved. Also, sat breakfast was to start at 7am but did not start until 7:10. We came downstairs promptly at 7am because we had to leave hotel by 7:15 to make an appt in the city. Therefore we only had 5 mins to eat breakfast. Disappointing.
