Great value

Clean convenient location to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was included. Room was clean.

Tub was very slippery and toilet was very low.

C-. Expected better for a Holiday Inn Express. Too $ & dirty bathroom floor.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast selection and very well stocked and kept very neat.

Our bathroom floor was dirty. Shower leaked all over the floor.

Awful!

Terrible. My son wouldn’t even eat the breakfast. There was a person using the key card to try and get in my room at 4:30am. Wouldn’t leave. Muriel people just having sex all around. No consideration! Even after knocking on the wall. Dirty. I asked for more towels was only given two each day for a room of 4 people. My hair dryer was inoperable.

Breakfast, pool was dirty, couldn’t/didn’t get more towels on request. Room wasn’t clean. Plowed me in!

Comfy hotel close to amenities

Close to Canadian border, shopping and restaurants, free breakfast to fuel up before hard day shopping.

In the rooms the bathrooms could use an extra five minutes of cleaning. Corners and base of toilet were kind of disgusting

Overall, we had a beautiful stay.

The breakfast exceeded our expectation, because we had a variety of items to choose from. However, adding grits to the menu would be nice.

I didn't like the fact that the carpet had stains and it seemed like it was not vacuumed.

The breakfast was good. The weight room has free weights which my husband loved. We were very pleased that our emotional support dog was able to join us even tho it was his first trip away from home and he was scared

Okay but could definitely have been better.

Room was as described. Breakfast was good but options were limited. staff were friendly. Gym had the basics needed to complete a good workout.

Cold Dingy pool. My kids got sick from going into the pool. Pool really needs to be upgraded or shut down. We requested for our room to be cleaned but that didn’t happen. Feels like since covid, hotels avoid cleaning your room.

Saturday night it was so loud and hard to sleep due to other guests yelling and running down the halls.

Very much an average stay. Over priced for a patched jacuzzi.

The shampoo conditioner and body wash was a nice touch on the shower.

The shower had low water pressure. The jacuzzi tub had been patch with something white and it had chipped off into the water every time it filled making it unusable. The breakfast was bland and the apple juice and orange juice containers were very much spoiled. I took the spoilt juice to an attendant sitting in the breakfast area and he took them and walked away without a word.

Lots of parking, Good location, friendly staff

We got put in a room right next to reception and also next to the breakfast area so got quite loud relatively early. Rooms quite dated, breakfast was very basic.

This is the second time we stayed over night to catch an early morning flight and it worked out fine

Breakfast was great and we could walk to the airport. The Heat/AC unit worked great, was quiet and easy to use.
