Not a good choice for longer stay more than 1 night.

Location

The carpets looked like they were never cleaned in 10 years. The microwave was not functional. The room smelled damp. I asked for room freshener and they gave me one which had barely couple of sprayed left. I myself went to Walmart and bought one to keep the room bearable. Breakfast is okaying. Many customers kept complaining. We had a stay of 5 nights and the staff refused to clean the rooms sighting COVID related restrictions. They don’t enter your room even to collect garbage.

the room was clean, ready for our arrival and convenience for what our stay was intended for, site seeing

when leaving the room the door would slam shut which could be heard throughout the entire floor,

Great location and friendly staff

The location of the property was great. It was close to a lot of restaurants and some great shopping areas.

It was a bit smaller than expected. The breakfast was a typically continental breakfast but in a very small quantity. The would not be enough to feed everyone should the hotel be at capacity.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war super! Die Lage war optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einige Restaurants und eine urige Kneipe in der Nähe. Frühstück war besser als erwartet.

Property was great location for shopping and was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

It was advertised that there was a shuttle and there was not. The breakfast was awful, stale bread and rotten fruit. The evening management staff was extremely unhelpful.

I wouldnt stay there again.

It was well air-conditioned. The room was a little above standard for the location.

The parking was really cramped. The checkin process was very long. At least 5 mins. They put us in a shared door room with loud kids next door and I had to let the staff know to quiet them. The place felt sketchy. It was in a weird part of town. It was pretty expensive for what it was and what we got.

Very good

The location is nice being that we were vacationing for the falls. The rooms have a modern appearance and were functional for what we needed.

We didnt know that room service was to be requested by us as we needed until we saw a sign for it, to request room service at the front desk. No big deal as we were only staying two nights. But just used to it being customary that they replace the towels and change the garbage everyday you stay. That wasnt done. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Comfortable bed, room relatively clean, good location but make the public areas neater! How about some fresh flowers ?!

Beds were very comfortable.

The carpets in the lobby, hallways and room were very dirty. The elevator doors were really dirty. A little attention to detail in cleaning would help. Vacuum more often and Clorox wipe surfaces so there aren’t smudges and fingerprints. A little attention to detail would improve appearance and stop with all the taped up signs everywhere.
