Great place

Great location. Modern and comfortable room.

The pool is nice and large, but it is located near the freeway, making it very noisy, so we didn’t spend much time there. Also, they charge $50 for an early check-in, which is very excessive.

Except of some design stumbling it was nice but expensive accomodation

Property was nice and clean, I like the scent very much

I was disappointed about the faucet in the sink - how it is possible that such nice and expensive hotel has such impractical faucet which is not possible to use without having whole surrounding wet bcs it’s too short! I don’t know who designed that :/ As well the mirror light in bathroom was blinking

Recently refurbished hotel in a great location

Recently refurbished hotel in a fantastic location - smack in the middle of Santa Monica. Good happy hour and free beer if you follow them on social media!

Slightly shambolic check in (we weren’t contacted as promised when room was ready), and check in from 4pm then check out at 11am seems a little unreasonable.

Feeling of explosion due to location

Location

The daily rate is fair for the location, but the hotel doesn't make anything easier, high breakfast prices, exorbitant parking and an extra fee of 40 dollars per day is added to your bill, in other words, prepare your pocket because this hotel knows how to charge very well.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay

The location is superb. Within view of the Santa Monica Pier and the main shopping strips in the area. The hotel's restaurant was great. The room was spacious enough to allow our luggage to be opened and left open on the floor during our stay

The sensor lights in the bathroom and entry of the room. The light would turn off during showers because the shower screen when block movement.

Perfekte Location für Santa Monica, wenn man kein Auto hat.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt zwischen der Metro-Station Santa Monica Downtown und dem Santa Monica Pier, also ideal für Gäste, die kein Auto haben. In der Gegen gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermarkt (Traders Joe), Radverleih, etc. Auch die Fußgängerzone ist nur 5 min entfernt.

Leider waren noch immer die Umbauarbeiten im Gange (Juli 2023), sodass weder Pool noch Restaurant verfügbar waren.

Fantastic stay in this Pierside hotel right on the promenade in Santa Monica.

Loved the location and quirky interiors of the hotel. Great bar and restaurant service at the Surfing Fox too.

perfect stay in lovely hotel

fantastic hotel - freshly refurbished, lovely staff, great location and reasonably priced. the rooms are so stylish with great touches - free drink bottle, good coffee maker, lush robes. staff upgraded me, did a complimentary late check out and stored my luggage. highly recommended !

I went to celebrate my anniversary and the stay was beautiful with excellence service

It was really nice and clean. The staff was super nice and it was really quiet. And the location was great and so many things to do.

What I didn’t like about the property was that there was no where to do my make up or like a little vanity

Location, rooms were clean and inviting

Construction was going on & pool not built which was supposed to be finished before our stay. The valet lost our rental car key which was a huge ordeal to resolve. No pool

It was clean and close to everything

There was only 1 lift working which was annoying having to wait all the time. There was construction work happening which we knew about but at 9pm at night we complained as they were still banging and making a lot of noise.

This hotel should not be open while construction is ongoing. Guests pay for a 5* hotel and a 1* hotel is available. The guests have available, a very small reception, and only one room. The elevators have a dusty carpet from the work in progress I received the room an hour later and when I opened the door there were things (personal items and wallets) from other guests in the room assigned to me. this hotel should be closed! the price they charge is ridiculous.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. For the price that we paid, we were expecting to have a quiet place to relax with our kid. Instead, we had different incidents from the room next to us every night (loud music, smoking, cursing…..). We complained about these incidents to the front desk, but nothing happened.
