A beautiful peaceful experience with the family.

Everything was wonderful. I was caught off guard when I arrived because I was expecting something different. But everything was beautiful and clean in the end.

The parking was a bit tight but doable.

Convenient location but dated facility

The location was perfect. There were a king and queen size bed for a family of 4.

The hotel needed updating and no 24 hour front desk service.

Good sizes, clean room with comfortable bed. Location is excellent, less than 100 yards to the beach. And a short walk to the various bars and restaurants on the promenade

Being picky but some better chairs and a table on the beach view balcony we had would have been good to enjoy the sunset in more comfort.

The location was perfect, but very cramped space for 4 people no space for luggage or hanging things

Great location. Friendly staff

Much smaller than I expected. Loud with main road very close. Water filling station gave us green floaties in our water. Lack of closet space. No microwave. Some plug ins don’t work. Plumbing issues.

Fun location near the pier And many restaurants

The location was really nice for eateries and near the beach and pier. The staff was very helpful. If you want a place that's right in the heart of the action, it's a good location.

It was very noisy. I played music on my bluetooth speaker. Plus, used ear plugs all night to cut off the noise.The mattress wasn't very comfortable. No tissues but otherwise good supplies.

I wouldn’t go back !!

Just the fact that it was close to the beach .

Homeless roaming around and drug users. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Room compact but functional and spotless. Beds comfortable. The location is perfect. Near to beach peer and restaurants. Accomodated later check out. Staff very helpful.

This place was reserved primarily for the convenience of its location.

Room was clean and bright. Location was convenient for our purposes. Outside looked like tacky motel but room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Quite noisy outside until wee hours of the morning.Price was quite high for what we got

Exactly what we needed after a long flight

two bedrooms, 3 beds, nice shower. exactly what was required for the 5 of us. Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and pier

poor office hours. got there at 8.15am, waited 3o mins, no staff or answer on lobby phone. Finished up taking all our luggage on city tour! Not ideal

Wonderful stay right next to the beach. Nice atmosphere in an iconic hotel.

The location could not be better - right next to the Santa Monica pier and beach. A reasonably priced hotel for the area. Very clean and nicely decorated. Exceedingly nice staff.

Simple, clean hotel

Overall we thought it was a great, simple hotel that was reasonably priced compared to the others in that area. We loved the location. It was really close to the beach and the pier. The room had updated, comfortable furniture and was a good size. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Check in was smooth and easy.

The windows were very thin. It was cold when we were there and the bathroom was freezing because the window didnt close tightly.

it was a nice stay and staff were friendly.

The location was amazing, really close to the pier. Walking distance to a bunch or restaurants, stores and cafes.

The place is a little dated and could use a Reno. I also couldn’t get the TV to work in one room stuck on someone’s Netflix sign in. Gave up and use tv in other room.
