Tania in the Breakfast Station was so kind and attentive.

Everything was great. We select this hotel for location and the hot breakfast (delicious and varied). If you visit Waukegan for NAVY graduation, this hotel is 10 minutes to the Recruit Training Command and the mall is 2 minutes away. Recommend 100%. Todo estuvo excelente. Escogimos este hotel por la ubicación y el desayuno caliente (delicioso y variado). Si visita Waukegan para la graduación del NAVY, este hotel está a 10 minutos del lugar (Recruit Training Command) y el mall está cruzando la calle a 2 minutos. Recomendado 100%.

Our room wasn’t like it was supposed to be. We were supposed to have a sofa bed and that wasn’t available and then they sent us in a room that was right next to the facilities laundry area so it was too loud.

Not worth the price. I would stay elsewhere next time.

The location was within a few miles of Six Flags which was wonderful! The breakfast had a super selection and everything was terrific!

The pool was vey small, the jets for the hot tub were non functional, the rooms were updated but not maintained well - crooked toilet seat, many scratches and dents in walls and fridge, paint was mismatched and looked awful, caulking was terrible around sinks, missing toilets hardware, stains on the furniture and pull out sofas. Exit sign in hallway was dangling from ceiling. The hotel appeared to not have adequate maintenance. The pull out sofa mattresses has chips/crumbs all over it was very very thin, springs were poking through - not a useable sleeping area!

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for what we needed. CHANGE SHEETS FOR EACH NEW GUES

Close to NROTC training area.

I am certain the sheets were not changed. Hotels have really gotten into pretending to change sheets after each guest. I will bring my own from now on. It is disgusting. Also the window had a huge crack.

the charged my card twice a week later saying I was smoking in the room when I was there with 6 kids under the age of 13 and non of them smoke then I askied to talk to a thwy hung up

It tasted fake.

The four I was on was too loud at 4am. People were smoking weed and being drunk.

It made our trip enjoyable.

The hot breakfast buffet was very good. A wide variety of foods. The service in this hotel was outstanding. Their regard for Navy families was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Hotel location was fine (near Navy RTC). Bed & room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Hallways were a bit noisy. Selections on TV were way too limited.

lady on the phone i spoke to gave me false information that led to problems with booking. thin walls and noisy neighbors didnt make the stay any better

Location and breakfast

A member of the staff at check in. Not the person who checked us in. Ignored us and help someone else who walked in after us. I didn't get her name. I didn't feel welcome when we walked in.

Very upset they weren't able to find my reservation. They had different confirmation number than I had and it was put under the incorrect name. Sat at the front desk for over an hour.
