Best hotel stay ever!

The room was one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. I loved the private suite, the bed was so comfortable, the living room space was comfortable and big, close parking, best free breakfast, pancake machine, close parking, super friendly staff. Really convenient and affordable. I travel for work a lot and this hotel blew my mind.

Nice stay but think better housekeeping around grounds and in rooms would make a lot nicer.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Easy to get to naval base. Felt very comfortable and at home here.

A bit rundown, trash and cigarette butts outside, and the rooms were not cleaned as well as I would like.

It was amazing couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

It was in a good area and close to the base. We were there for my Sons Navy Graduation. It was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and it just felt like being at home.

It was perfect.

It was 3 miles from great lakes naval base

In 4 days i never had my bed made, clean towels brought to the room and the noise and fighting across the hallway. Police were there two times for our neighbors fighting

The suite was well appointed with disease, towels, pantry items. The breakfast was more than expected and good.?The convenience store was expensive but provided a good selection of items. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Breakfast was simple but good and the timing was really good. Were able to grab food really early in the am.

The sofa in our room was lob sided as if a part of it had some very heavy weight and not very comfortable.

Sons graduation weekend

The facility and staff were good. The rooms were nice and large very accommodating

First time staying in an ES so it was confusing that there was no cleaning done at all during the 4 days we were there. It would be nice to have something in the rooms or given upon check in that explains procedures. We had a huge pile of dirty towels and over flowing garbage bags at the end of the four days. Had to go ask each day for clean towels. Chairs were old and very worn. Coffee table leg broken. It didn't bother me just think that it should be replaced.

The elevator needs cleaning, the cabinets are dated It was peeling off, the trash from previous occupants was still in the trash can, it was almost full when we used it both in the kitchen and bathroom most probably they did not see it since it was place inside the cabinet

Excellent property with excellent t staff!

The place is charming and welcoming. Rooms are clean and well stocked with basic necessities during your stay. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The lady in the morning that attends the breakfast is super nice and helpful. Also the lady that checked me in was very kind and knowledgeable about the navy graduation ceremony. Am definitely coming back to stay again whenever I visit my son sooner than later.

Good vibes.

The location is great, the room was clean and the toiletries were always available upon request. Waking up to available breakfast was awesome.

The night shift staff was great and very pleasant to work with but the the front lady in the mornings was so rude and dismissive every day I stayed in. I checked out by the time housekeeping was arriving and she still charged me a late checkout.

Superb

The room was huge with many accommodations. They were well insulated so that we didn't hear our neighbors. We loved having a fireplace! The kitchen was a great added bonus.

Definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved that the room accommodated my family’s need for my son’s Navy PIR graduation. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good. The location was ideal. Overall, great experience for our first time in Illinois.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay to park on the property. Where else do they expect their guests to park?
