Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel in das ich immer wieder gerne zurück komme.

Zimmer im “Western”-Style und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Pool, sowie der dazugehörige Aussenbereich sind sehr klein. Alles wird sehr vernachlässigt. Das Wasser war sehr trüb. Außerdem muss man durch die Lobby laufen um zum Pool zu gelangen.

the lighting was difficult to navigate. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light projecting into the wall from behind the tv so I had to sleep with it on

Place is okay, but overpriced

The place seems very overpriced, and then also charging people to park. The drinks and food at the bar are also very overpriced ($18/drink), in very small glasses

We had an amazing time. Thank you Arthur, Sylvester, Liliana & Antonio! We will surely be back!

My husband and I were there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Staycation. Manager Arthur Walker upgraded our room and it was amazing. Arthur and Sylvester also brought cake to our room in celebration of our anniversary. Liliana was great at the restaurant when we ate their several times. Antonio was super nice at our checkout.

Great overnight stay in DFW.

Loved the room decor and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book again when in DFW.

lobby area is very spacious and nice. rooms are very clean and the amenities are all high quality.

Would use this hotel again under different circumstances.

I was stranded at the airport with my 12 year old. All the hotels in immediate Dallas area were booked for wrestle mania. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the customer service at checkin was great. Very friendly staff.

We liked the room and the hotel is very nice.

no regular housekeeping is not okay since we are paying a reasonable rate. Please bring back housekeeping- without having to ask for it.

I will never stay there again. Price is overinflated & no amenities

The breakfast was overpriced, $25 for 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon & white toast. There was no room service, no vending machines, poor selection of meals provided in the bar as the restaurant was closed. Parking is extra and for $250/night + taxes & fees, the hotel was very disappointing. Internet is also a paid service on top of the overinflated price of the hotel.

Everything could have been better. The price is extraordinary for what is offered. I have stayed in less expensive hotels with better service & amenities. I will never stay there again.

great spot to stay- lovely property and great staff

It was very convenient for our evening. the property and room were both lovely. Cleo and Savannah were both personable and very professional.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

lobby was pretty

never got a room. They could not give us a time that our room would be available and since we had dinner reservations and two children that needed to get some sleep we stayed at a different hotel.

Exceptional

How the rooms were so clean and how the staff was so friendly and courteous. The rooms and hallways was very quite as well. I did not hear my neighbors arguing or kids crying. It was very peaceful. My boys loved it as well.

Training was great. Beds comfy, good restaurants close by. Go out for drinks .

Facilities were great. Elevators fast. Gym equipment worked.

Lounge service was terrible, understaffed, slow, forgot orders, drinks sat till melted before served. Server tried and was nice. We stayed 4 nights too. There was a $253 charge on first day that front desk could not see or explain. Then night shift said it could be incidentals and would be refunded at checkout. Still waiting.
