This Hyatt Place is an outstanding place to stay in the Galleria area!

Excellent location, excellent staff, extremely clean, and very comfortable beds!

We’ve stayed there before, so we obviously came back! My only complaint is the breakfast, although improved, was still not equal to other Hyatt properties that we’ve stayed at during the past years.

The area we stayed was pretty nice and we felt safe. Enough parking for everyone. Well lit as well.

We were expecting to see sausage and biscuits in the breakfast menu.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. The pool was clean and you could get your own pool towels.

Definitely stay again for short business trips

Staff was amazingly friendly. They had great culture. Crystal at reception at night and then the two guys in the morning, all were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and pretty decent esp. The scrambled eggs. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable

Bath can use better lighting. Fitness center can use a couple of yoga/stretching mats. There was sanitizing odor when you enter the hotel but you get used to it after a while. May be use some deodoroizers or air fresheners.

Not the Best Experience

Good location. Spacious rooms (with the exception of the actual bathroom). Nice refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyable breakfast.

Small ants in our first room, forcing us to relocate just before bedtime on our 2nd night. The overall size of the room is very spacious but the actual commode area is miniscule. In fact, you can barely close the bathroom door while you're standing in the bathroom due to the small size of the bathroom. I can't imagine what the designer(s) of the hotel were thinking in designing spacious rooms with tiny, tiny bathrooms. The second room had an unsightly view (which I did not wish to look at for 2 days) and the third room was just fine (aside from the aforementioned tiny bathroom).

It was close to my job.

The was very had felt like cardboard underneath. The cleaning lady didn't change the sheets just just remade the bed. But we asked for new sheets and they brought them to us to change ourselves.

the location

when I called earlier in the day to inform them that the air was not working in our room. We were told to give it an hour or so we did. We got back in at 1am and it was smoking hot. They finally changed our room at 1:30am.
