Was very clean, roomy and staff very helpful and quick to bring us an extra blanket, etc to our room.
Could hear talking, dish clanging, and loud footsteps of family staying above us two of the nights. The 3rd night was quiet because people who stayed that night weren’t loud.

The room was cozy and clean. The activity center was awesome and we enjoyed an afternoon playing pool, chess, and basketball. Staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere within the resort. We did not get breakfast at Wyndham but the toasted owl down the street was great! The oakmont restaurant was also great.
We did not have a coffee pot or pillows , sheets and blankets for our kids upon arrival. Housekeeping did bring these items to us efficiently however when we requested them. The fitness center was closed for maintenance while we were there, and the front desk staff did not alert us of this even when I asked for walking directions to it. The concierge was slightly pushy about attending a 90 min presentation. The activity center is really great but closes too early, 8 pm.

I loved everything about this place will definitely be staying again, was very nice and comfortable and cozy especially during December I definitely didn't want to leave it felt like home, the kitchen was decent size and living area is Big but could use more seating & lighting but we made it work. I had a 3 tier townhome & it held 13 people for our reunion dinner obviously they had their own townhome and they also really enjoyed it
The living room area definitely needs more lighting & seating & couldn't check in couple hours early which I didn't like & also the guest bath door didn't lock!!

We wanted to see the Grand Canyon & Sedona so Flagstaff made sense. Tri level kept the teens separated nicely from me and the wife. 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix made it PARADISE 👍🏻👀

Did not like that only one car could be parked in the lot with a 2 bedroom suitw

Every thing golf, pickleball and restaurant were excellent.
Sunday there was nobody to give us the code to get into the pickleball courts. They said they called maintenance to come open the door but no one showed up. There was a very young boy with us that put his hand through so we got in. Maintenance never showed up as far as I know. Wednesday there was 8 of us there about 7:45 and no one answered the phone to give us the code until 8:10.

Lovely and quiet location, saw so many deer! Clean and nice amenities. Really nice for families with little ones.
Check in was okay... There were signs for curbside check-in, which we did and we waited for our keys. Multiple people showed up after us and walked into the lobby to check in and got their keys first. When I walked in the lobby, there was no sign of anyone heading out to bring our keys. Glad I decided to go inside.

Loved the beds and comfort of sheets and bedding and the amenities that they offer for the kids is non stop fun!
Our condo was 3 levels. It was fine for us cause are kids are older but maybe for a baby that was just crawling would have to be very careful.

We've been coming here for years, since my boys were toddlers (they're teens/tweens now). We love the property and the amenities at Bear Paw; that's why we don't VRBO. There are always people around and things to do like play pool. The availability of ice cream is always a plus!
The twin beds in our unit were so uncomfortable. The couchbed has seen better days although the memory foam mattress, while thin, was an improvement. The bathroom in the master is dated. No one uses the giant tubs anymore, so they're a waste of space. The bathrooms should have hand-held showerheads.

Great location, cozy cabins, privacy, ideal for families.
