. It was cheap

The hotel was dingy. There was no dinner and a few no healthy snacks in the guest pantry. I could hear the guests in the next room. When I got to my room there were no lights on and I had a hard time finding the switches. There was nothing to eat so I had to use Uber eats. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again

I liked the location. Close to everything.

I didn't like that pieces of furniture were obviously missing from the room. I didn't like that it took 30mins for warm water to flow in order to take a shower.

Wasted money

I don't live far away I booked this hotel because I had a friend coming in town and we wanted to get in the hot tub. The rooms are always nice and clean.

After checking in I found out the hot tub was broken. The front desk did not seem to be concerned about it at all which I understand things happen nothing she could do I guess. It's just that the only reason I even booked this hotel was for the hot tub so I need mostly spent over $100 for something that didn't work. A pound checking out they let me know that it was fixed. I don't understand I wish I hadn't heard that what good is it going to do me now I have to spend another $100 to use it.

i will not be staying again. i do not recommend. wish i could get my money back.

i liked that the pillow were soft and the bed was comfortable.

the shower was rusty, i didn’t know how to work the ac unit, the two door room entrances, not enough outlets, desk and desk chair were not comfortable, tub overfilled during my shower, did not feel like home away from home.

Rooms should not be priced more than $70 a night with the state of the building the hotel is in.

My room flooded, and my requests for a refund were ignored.

My room flooded with water. It came through the wall sharing the bed head board and night stand.

Not worth to stay here, could have stayed at the new Holiday Inn next door for the same price.

Room was clean. Towels and bed sheets were really clean. Staff helpful and nice.

The property is falling apart, it has not been renovated in years. Everything is old and rusty. As soon as I entered the property I found a small package of drug on the ground!!. I arrived almost mid-night due to delays to find out that most of the people on a convention were drunk in the pool area. The property is not good to the point that the staff has a a sign on the front desk offering alcohol in exchange of a good review on line. Breakfast is not good at all, I got a better alternative to the gas station next door. Pictures of the property do not reflect the current state of that place. I paid 300USD for 2 nights that were not worth the money.

With a name like Radisson we,ed expect better!!

Appearance is everything!! When we walked into the hotel we immediately noticed that the walls were scratched, gouged and chipped paint, then we got put into the wrong room instead of the suite I booked online 2 weeks ago .So finally get the right room and soon enough all the walls in the room are scratched gouged and needing new paint, the main dresser doors are broke and the whirlpool tub in the room doesn’t even work!! over $200 a night!! Not worth it

Had potential

Great potential in the common areas.

Paid $420 for a whirlpool suite. Whirlpool didn't work, asked front desk, they said maintenance would work on it that day. Maintenance did not. Waste of money for that room when I could have saved the money and gotten a regular room. Needs a lot of maintenance work throughout.

Hot tub.

There was no maid service n the lobby wasn't cleaned after people party. Kids running around n yelling. The fire alarm went off at 6am n no explanation. With no maid service we ran out of coffee, toilet paper, etc . Very disappointed.

Got what I paid for...cheap.

Cost. Bed was comfortable.

I booked my room online. Check-in took an hour! The staff were extremely slow. When I checked out I requested a copy of my receipt. They said they would have to email it to me. They wrote down my email (which was already on file) and said they would get to it. I still haven't received an email with my receipt. The curtains would not close all the way so the parking lot light brightly lit our room all night. Floors were dirty and our bathroom sink would not drain. The pool was dirty...tons of hair in it. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost. The AC was also not working in the lobby/ restaurant/lounge areas.

housekeeping only pulled trash and replaced towels they didn’t make the bed or anything . so I was disappointed to come back and the bed still a mess. also I was looking forward to having a window of the city instead it was of the pool .

NOT WORTH THE RATE..HOTEL QUALITY $75 to $99!!

The location

Poor experience from start to end. There are many renovations needed in this hotel. The price needs to be lowered to $75 to $99. Paint peeling from outside of my guestroom door cant be ignored. Keypad did not work on main guestroom entrance(access to my room). Staff said that battery may have died, but staff never bothered to fix it. Thermostat for guestroom temperature has very complexed instructions in order to work. Pool area is on the first floor and all noise in the area can be heard as soon as you enter the hotel. Water from the pool was on the floor leading to the front desk....no wetfloor signs in sight. Breakfast setup was late. A person may have been sleeping on the couch the whole night in the lobby area watching TV...I can go on....but in summary please choose another hotel! The current rate for this hotel is ridiculous try the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

It is a beautiful hotel...

It rained and there was a leak that covered our floor with water. When I called the front desk his response was "it should be fine now, the rain stopped." We almost left our luggage on the floor but thank God we didn't.
