Price was high. But Had to stay near hospital.
3.5
Pretty
Uncomfortable beds and no soda/water vending machines. Not even complimentary coffee in the morning.

I needed to change the reservation because of a change in surgery date and was not able to but charged for not showing up

Poor road conditions getting to hotel. Pricey!!!!! Breakfast was even EXTRA after spending over $300.00 per night

The breakfast buffet was very good but needed larger bowls for the oatmeal.
The waiting time to get your car was a bit long!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent.
The only complaint I have is the pillows are down feathers and are to soft. Glad I brought my own. But other than that it was a great stay.

Location
No place to plug in to change your phone USB port
4.5
It was clean and very well staffed. The staff were very kind. They went above and beyond. For example, a housekeeper offered to change sheets after my partner had surgery so we would have clean sheets. We also changed when we were leaving several times, and they worked with us easily and cheerfully (staying in the same room). The bed was comfortable; room service was good; and it was quiet. They were food allergy aware. The location on the skyway was very convenient.
The pillows were feathers -- comfy but bring a pillow cover if you tend toward allergies. The provided handsoap/shampoo/etc. were all notably scented. I would have appreciated a full mini-fridge instead of a half.

location, great service
rooms are worn and could use a refresh. the shower was not clean on check in. Not a nice enough hotel to justify the price. valet parking $30 per day

Room and bathroom nice size. The only down side rm was not updated! Needed more iPhone plugs.

staff incredibly helpful & pleasant.
specifically Mark (front desk) & our room service individual (never got his name)
omg- was impossible to keep room comfortable:(
always cold- had thermostat at 80

Granola with lemon curd was new to me and delicious.
Coffee was very hot (which I love)
Most comfortable mattress I have slept on
There was no place to hand a wet washcloth and no hook to hang a hand towel on. Both had to lay on the sink counter.
There was only one sink. Two of us had to get ready for a very early appt. at C.Clinic and having two sinks would have helped.
I'd put a lamp near both chairs as we both like to spend time after supper reading.
3.5
staff were superb, location was great, very clean well-appointed rooms
rooms have design flaws: chain to raise/lower window blind is hidden behind 2 sets of drapes with a floor lamp in front, smoke detector with blinking red light directly over bed, feather pillows (not down) are incredibly uncomfortable. Dinner chef excellent, bfst/lunch chef not so much.

BC they are connected to the hospital so they stress cleanliness. We really like that. Staff was very friendly
The TV was satellite and it was horrible! It kept going out. Plus they should offer Netflix and utube but they did not
