Close to Cleveland clinic, comfy bed

Conveniently located close to Cleveland clinic, shuttle bus service offered to and from hospital. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was a good size. Quick and easy check in.

Room cleanliness was not good, the bed sheets/pillows and bathroom towels had several dark hairs on them. The nightstand had sticky cup rings like they had never been wiped down. There were crumbs on the floor like the carpet had not been swept.

Very nice hotel, but hidden costs, along with having to pay for parking; misleading description.

Hotel was very nice, and clean. Beautifully decorated, and was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, and the bathroom was well stocked. The location was close to the attractions we were in Cleveland for, as well as surrounding areas.

Parking. There were only five street side parking spots, and everything else was valet parking. This really needs to be mentioned in the description, as well as the pricing due to the room rate was not factored in along with the $50.00 deposit that was also charged. The rates are misleading, as it began with $199.00, then add the deposit, then add the valet parking fee of $24 to that as well. The parking situation is the reason that we will not be returning as we should not have had to pay for parking. Very nice hotel, but got charged for parking when that should have been part of the rate. We were perfectly fine parking our own vehicle, and walking to the hotel. However, that was not even an option. Huge parking lot across the street from the hotel, but you were not allowed to park there unless it was valet.

Great hotel, convenient location. All amenities available for a great stay.

Hotel and Rooms clean. Staff professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Easy access, shuttle service available to Cleveland Clinic. Exercise room and pool great, clean, and available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable but not worth hastle

Enjoyed convenience of easy check in, comfortable beds, nice decor.

Breakfast was robbery, $18 for horrible food. Pool is only 3 feet deep, NO PARKING VALET IS TERRIBLE

Great staff can make simple accommodations beyond pleasant!

Location was good the room was nice and loved the wet bar but the staff went above and beyond helping us and accommodating when my partner got in a serious car accident and I was stranded.

The prices were high and we were in an adjoining room which I hate cause I can smell anything being heated or cooked in the other room. When I tried to change rooms when rebooking, which I did pay more for, was told I had to keep the room I had cause they were at capacity.

This was not worth the price.

The mattress was comfortable.

The lobby was in disrepair. Our car smelled like marijuana after the valet brought it to us, as did the hallways leading to our room. I reached under the bathroom counter for the blow dryer and instead I was shocked to pull out the underpants of a previous guest. It is the grossest thing I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Great locale for Cleveland clinic patients

They are on the Cleveland clinic campus. They have a shuttle that knows where to take you for your visits. A nice bar and restaurant is available with accommodating menu and hours. Staff is nice and they will store your luggage after check out so you can go to your appointments

Their valet service is expensive and it’s required since there are only three parking places that don’t cost $25 a day

It was clean and in a good location, but that’s about it. The health department should be called.

The staff were eating food off peoples plates and had no gloves on no one could get drinks because there was no bartender. No one could get anything other than a salad or a pizza because they said they were shorthanded and I saw several of them like I said eating food off of customers plates with no gloves on it was disgusting and I paid $222 and I couldn’t eat anything for dinner because I wouldn’t dare eat that disgusting food for the price you charge you are at least be able to run a restaurant staff was barely inside for food

I feel like they have a captive audience with the clinic just up the street.

No breakfast was provided. Which I thought was pretty cheap for the cost of the room.

The food at the only restaurant available was expensive and not very good.

The location

You had to pay for parking whether you valet 9r self parked and parking was three blocks away from hotel and you had to pay for breakfast which should of been free specially for the price of the room it didn't have any perks you had to pat for every little thing and it could of explained on the website that you had to pay 50 a night for deposit and the food was high and it wasn't a 5 star or four star meal I didn't like the surprise charges I like to know all the charges up front are room was originally 492 we got there and paid 719 so we left early to get money back I came there to go to the Cleveland clinic and thought about it being convenient that it wasn't that far from hotel but next time I will stay at a different hotel for more luxury satisfaction

Overall the hotel was a great pick from me and a good present to my kids for a mini get-away!

The hotel stay was a present to my daughter and son-in-law after going to a play at the State Theatre. The check in went great and they had no problems. Room was nice.

Parking. He could not find where to park at the hotel easily, so they paid to valet.

very rude front desk people. very hard check in and check out even though I booked it and had the money. the staff at the restaurant however is very friendly and nice and carry on great conversations. also valet is 24.00 a night which is more then clevland clinic, my dad had heart surgury and he spent the first night there with me they also said there was no discount for pasients of clevland clinic.
