Good location, would not stay again

I liked the location, which is why I booked it.

Pillow cases in bed were stained. Air conditioner has white stuff caked on it, kind of like mold. There was no extra bedding for pull out coach. Mattress to pull out coach was pretty gross, super stained. No laundry bags. Had to make multiple trips downstairs for items not in room.

Met our needs, price was jacked for Taylor Swift concert and wasn't worth the $$.

Location was decent for our needs. Parking was plentiful. Beds were super comfy and clean. Quiet room. Kitchen was great, clean and lots of space.

A little dated and our room was damp. Carpet was kind of gross and the bathroom door and light switches needed a deep cleaning.

Poor

Night shift staff was in a very bad mood. Wouldn’t even talk to us or acknowledge us at checkout. Try to get a printed version of our receipt, slammed it on the counter and walked off.

Friendly staff and clean facilities

I requested a King Suite (which was quite nice) but the fan used to cool the bedroom didn’t work. Because I have terrible night sweats, I need cool/cold air to sleep, so my husband and I shared the hide a bed couch (not meant for two adults 😂)

Exceptional hospitality! Conveniently located near shopping and grocery. Super clean!!

Vending kiosk, available games and misc items to borrow, the cleanliness, great supply of cooking utensils, FREE laundry services, ability to get clean towels and sheets when needed with no dispute, very helpful and friendly staff

The plumbing in our room pertaining to the sink and bathtub was subpar… they were clogged so water puddled easily/quickly.

absolutely amazing

staff friendly, near great wolf lodge, very clean, smells lovely, wonderful workout facility, laundry, room has a doorbell, comfortable beds, love the multiple kinds of pillows, and they allow pets.

Not the best but not the worst

The room was clean and spacious.

We arrived for check in a little later and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Once we opened the door to our room, there was a horrible musty odor that lingered in the air our entire stay. There were no sheets or pillows anywhere in the room for the sofa bed so I had to go to the front desk and get some. The location was great if you wanted to shop at Ledgends. However, it was at least a 25 minute drive to many other attractions and things to do, which is ok, but very time consuming.

My suite was very spacious. The kitchen is perfect with enough room to cook and eat. I will be returning.

Terrible, would never stay here for 1/4 of the price.

No breakfast, non smoking room reeked of smoke. Loud noises through the whole night made sleeping impossible. Terrible food smell throughout the hotel. Sheets weren’t cleaned and stains on the comforter. No soap provided at all. EXTREMELY cloudy disgusting tap water forcing us to pay them more money for bottled water.

It was ok, we slept well.

Room was clean, bed comfy, good linens, nice bathroom.

The front entrance was littered with cigarette buts, chunks of mud. Carpets appeared to not have been vacuumed in a very long time. Elevator dirty. The people in front of us at check in paid $30 less than we did. Why? Would I stay here again? Probably not.
