Poor

The breakfast was OK. The pool was nice and refreshing.

It was not fresh and tended to be lukewarm. The selection was good but the quality of the food was poor. Their were ants in the room crawling all over the place. We had noisey neighbors.

I Would stay here again.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, and newly remodeled.

Booking.com said that the room had another king bed and another sofa bed, which the suite did not have. Booking.com needs to fix there room description!

Excellent suites to stay with family.

Very nice and clean. You did not inform me about a $50 deposit im case of damage to hotel. Because you are a third party, the deposit is credited back to me by Book. com. please credit the deposit back to me.

It was being reroofed/remodeled and lots of nails were falling on sidewalk or street.

No silverware or plasticware in kitchen, no ice in freezer and no ice machine.

The lady in the breakfast area was really nice.

The tub didn't drain. Closet door was stuck shut. We had to wait to get into our room more then 30 minutes after check in time. There was construction going on that ee weren't made aware of before booking.

Best place to stay in ABQ if you have pets! Their suites are like a mini apartment!

Love the size of the room and this place has the best breakfast of any Hotel I have ever stayed at. They were very accommodating of my requests because of our dog and even had a goodie bag of treats for her!

They are doing some upgrades which is nice but there were 3 or 4 dumpsters and stuff right in the front parking lot, Made it hard to get around. I'm sure this is just temporary though.

Comfortable room and.bed, housekeeping is excellent as well as the front desk staff were very professional and quick to respond to our request for a roll away

Breakfast was very good, lots of selection. Even though the property is being renovated, I was surprised at the decline since I last stayed 1 yr ago. The renovation will certainly help, and we will stay there again.

There was a guest whose daughter was everywhere in the hotel-in the halls, hiding behind curtains at the end of the hall. The family was seemingly living at the hotel and their belongings and trash were in the hallway which was not conducive to navigating the luggage trolley to our room. Bumping into and being surprised by the young lady was off-putting for the number of times it happened. Air conditioning at the check in desk area as well as in the theater was not working well.

Air conditioning in the room was noisy. Breakfast selection was okay but limited. We were there for seven days and although we appreciated the complimentary breakfast it felt repetitive by the 5th day

Great location room was excellent comp breakfast all good.

My CC needed updating which I will do on booking.com and I had an arrival time of 1900 hours, front desk booked my reserved room at 1600 hours, they couldn't wait, but everything worked out in end, had to find alternate accommodations for Friday Saturday, the 2 young desk staff did what they could to help find another place n I appreciate their effort, oh well.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, all day free drinks.Free laundry.

One night our baby was yelling and they come up and told us to quiet him down. But the rest of the week we had a baby down the hall crying.,someone above us making noise, someone had a loud TV and lots of noise and they were not spoken to
