Disappointing!

The accessability room was way in the back, near the freeway. How is it ADA friendly to have accessability patrons treated so poorly with no regard for the distance to the facilities/dining room/front desk?

Freeway noise wasn’t even muted by the poor quality windows. It never quieted - not even in the wee hours of the morning.

Not the best Laquinta

The location is great. Very close. To Baloon fiesta park. And Sandia mountains.

We paid for a king deluxe room. And got 2 double beds and nothing deluxe. The AC unit is coming away from the wall. The place had bugs. And On our 4 night stay. Our room key stopped working twice. Where I had to go in to the check in desk to get a new one. So our dog and things are locked in a room we can not access.

The parking lot was kind of trashy and my bath tub was dirty and the room floor was dirty

Everything else. Breakfast was limited. Staff rude and unaccommodating. Housekeeping doesn't speak English so I couldn't ask for towels as instructed to by front desk. Terrible visit. I've given up on la Quinta for future travel.

It was a place to sleep, not worth $87.

Close to work

Pee stains on the bathroom floor. Toilet seat broken. No soap at sink or shower. No plastic bag for dirty clothes. Breakfast was lacking, just biscuits and gravy, and cold cereal.

We got lured in by the low price. Never again

The price was low.

They gave us the wrong room, had to switch. Both rooms were tiny, beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Remote didn’t work.

Breakfast good. Location good. Room size good. Bath size good.

Black marks made floor appear dirty. Towel bar on vanity missing. No trash can in bathroom. Too few handicap parking. Handicap rooms should have dedicated parking spots. We stayed at Ramada on Yale for less $$ and much nicer.

I won't book here again.

The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The location was perfect for me.

I needed no stairs but was put on the second floor with no elevator. The bathroom was inadequately cleaned. There weren't enough hand towels and no bath towels.

not so good, compared to other "La Quintas" I have stayed in before.

I was very tired when I booked. It turned out this hotel was almost out of town instead of the center of town and apparently I booked a disabled room, and it was the farthest room at the end of the complex, which gave me a long walk with all of my luggage as I just completed a long flight and was very tired. The fan in the bathroom did not work either.

Nothing!!! Don't waste your time unless you don't care how you're treated!

Staff was poor and didn't accommodate elderly/disabled grandparents to be on the bottom floor. They had to climb up the stairs, barely making it.

Grounds, walkways, stairs are old, dirty, and unsafe. Bathtub/tub substandard.

The rooms appeared clean.

I had booked a disability room for my brother. However at front desk I was informed that all rooms with rollaway shower. Pool shut down. Our room did not have fridge.

Convenient, comfortable, cordial.

The location was perfect! 1/2 way between Tucson and Denver. Quiet area and quick access to the freeway. The room was very comfortable as was the linen and overall cleanly.
