Modern, fresh, clean. Everything was perfect. Loved the mattress. That was the best sleep, I had in years. Great breakfast.

too short but we were traveling and wanted to get home

Loved the shower "bathroom". Appreciated the "lip" on the floor to stop the water from flooding out of shower area, as had happened at a different place. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows.

Clean and new property, unfortunately they built the walls so thin you can’t sleep.

It was very clean and everything was very new.

There was SO MUCH noise from the rooms around us. You could hear everything through the walls. The pet fee is $46.00 with tax, this was not indicated on booking.com.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

My only complaint would be the coffee at breakfast. The Keurig at the breakfast doesn’t work well. It was out of water and is tedious to make.

couldnt stay there due to booking.com, so I had to drive 10.5 hours in one day.

Booking.com would not allow me to reschedule the reservation, even while i was standing in the hotel lobby. Booking.com told me to contact the property to reschedule but the property said booking.com reserved our room in a manner that could not be rescheduled. I will not be using booking.com again.

Comfortable in Amarillo

Another excellent IHG hotel - welcoming check-in staff, quiet room on the first floor, good facilities including a microwave; comfortable bed, clean room, convenient parking.

Great experience; it’s what every hotel should be.

Everything; room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom and shower with dispensable soaps & shampoo. Breakfast was excellent; great variety of cold & hot foods. One of the best hotels I have booked.

Comfortable, clean and good size rooms to accommodate a family of 4.

Nice facility with plenty of space in the room.

Not much bad to write about here. If I had one complaint it would be that they Need to stock more towels in the room. We had two adults and two children with two bath towels. They will easily accommodate but why not just stock with 4 towels to start.

no parking. traveling with a 15 foot uhaul and trailer with a pickup on it. need more parking or warning your hotel doesn't allow trailers to park there.

Great location for overnight stay

Room was big and spacious. nicely renovated. breakfast was delicious

Random lady (im guessing was house keeping but wasnt dressed in a uniform of any means) entered our room without warning. I heard someone at the door trying to come in and then when she showed her face and saw mine, she walked back out into the hallway. i was shocked and looked down the hallway to see her talking to housekeeping. she came back to the room across mine but said something in spanish I didn’t understand.

The room was fine but the atmosphere created by other guests made it difficult to get a good night rest.

Locationand it was clean. Bed was very comfortable.

There were some very rowdy and noisy guests in other rooms that were slamming doors and going up and down the hallway being very loud for several hours.
