I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was amazing. I love the omelets at embassy suites, they are always a cherry on top. My favorite part was the room, it was large and had a separate room which was perfect for our family of 5 so we could spread out.
no complaints! The, stay, the location, the staff, the room, the food, everything was great. I guess if I had to nitpick we did have to pay for parking which is normal if you stay downtown.

I liked the large room
Horribly understaffed for a Friday night, waited in line for 20 minutes to vallet car, rude desk agent, had dinner in restaurant with only 1 server & many customers. I ordered a chef salad that took forever and even longer to receive the bill. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute nightmare, a line from the elevators to the buffet.

Świetny hotel , wysoki standard w super cenie !!! Czysto, ogromne pokoje , pyszne śniadanie - jajecznica i omlety z jajek a nie z proszku. Duży wybór , każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Szklane naczynia. Luksusowo i komfortowo
Parking na ulicy dookoła hotelu, ale my akurat nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem miejsc

We loved the rooms and amenities. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Downstairs they offered a free drink for guests, and the buffet breakfast was great too. We chatted to staff for ages about our travels and they were very helpful. Parking across from the property was good value too. The property was much more than we expected! One of the best quality and value of our trip so far.
Nothing.

Impressive breakfast buffet and selection. Friendly staff!!
A little more selection of "survival food " that can heat up in microwave. Also simple souvenirs in "store."

I loved the room set up and everything in general. Breakfast was good too.
The hotel is kind of difficult to get to, and the pet fees for two 2lb pups were a bit excessive. $75 was fine, but that should include the cleaning fee. Instead, I was charged another $12 to clean up after them, and there was nothing to clean. I make sure my dogs don't make a mess. There were kids and other customers that left food outside their rooms, and one got marinara sauce in the carpet outside their room, which was right next to ours. They made way more of a mess than my babies did and I can almost bet they weren't charged a cleaning fee!

Breakfast was great, kids and adults both ate well, buffet was a little crowded but nothing unexpected & moved quickly.
Happy hour each evening was good and the room was nice and spacious
Room service/on site food menu was a little limited and it would be great to have a wider variety for kids/toddlers who are more basic/plain eaters.

I liked the style of the rooms and the look of it.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay so much and was not able to relax. We tried to get in the hot tub and we were kicked in the back of the head by screaming children that were jumping from the hot tub to the pool. And hit in the face by beach balls. I would think that children would have certain times to be in the hot tub. Also I paid $11 every time I left your parking garage. Which is insane. Until finally after like my 4 th trip out one of your staff let me know I could have charged $17 for a 24 hour pass to my room. Nobody told me that. I was also given a 2 free drink pass at 6:15 and didn’t know I could only get them until 6:30 so I didn’t even get to enjoy. Your kitchen manager is very rude as well.

When we first got here it was very clean and spacious, then we laid down on the bed and it was so comfortable, and then we woke up in the morning for breakfast and it was the best breakfast ever at a hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. We will always come back to this hotel in the future when we come here. Thank you staff at Embassy Suites
Pool was closed for cleaning so we didn’t get to swim, but we’re looking forward in the future to swim because that doesn’t stop us from coming back

Nothing. All was wonderful.

The property was modern & nicely done, the bed was comfortable & suite was spacious, but the bad outweighed the positives
Do NOT recommend. Very disappointed. Severely understaffed, for what was spring break for TX, unbeknownst to us. Biggest issue was the 45+ minute line to wait for breakfast, many offerings depleted / slim selection, had to wait additional time to get clean plates & silverware. No coffee the entire time in the two main lobby coffee stations where the 45+ minute long line to wait to get into 'free' breakfast was snaked around. Lines to check-in, & to check-out, main lobby trash can overflowing & not cleaned up from check-in through check-out the next day; as well as the trashcan in the elevator lobby of our floor. Hotel desk clerk was rude & condescending when I calmly addressed the issue with most people waiting in the long entry line for breakfast should at least have fresh hot coffee available; she had excuse after excuse, none of which were valid since it all simply came down to management issue, not having sufficient preparation and staff for the full hotel. No apology or discount offered despite the well below par experience for even a budget hotel, not to mention for an Embassy Suites which is supposed to fall into the 'upscale' hotel category.

Breakfast was great just a large crowd when we were there so tables weren't getting cleaned off and dishes left snd they ran out of forks. But it seemed like it was an extra amount of people from the sounds of it. But for a free breakfast it was extra fabulous and top notch!
Not great parking options where u can easily get luggage to rooms. Had to park in street due to the pull up area was too packed and full. Then brought the luggage carrier clear out to our car. Not great options for getting a closer spot when the pull up area was completely full most of the time!

Absolutely NOTHING!!
HORRIBLE PLACE!!
Took 15min to check in. Finally get to our room, only to be greeted by 2 fans and a soaking wet carpet. They tell us AFTER we call them that there was a spill earlier in the day. They didn't try to use towels or even swap out the carpet. Told us there weren't any rooms available, and they would give us a free night at any Hilton hotel. Which is all fine and good, but the room was trash. 2 towels for a room with 5 people. Had to call and get towels. No bedding for the fold out sofa bed. Had to call for that too. Sheets on the bed weren't even fitted sheets, and they weren't even tucked! This place is TERRIBLE! We couldn't check out fast enough! Will NEVER recommend this place and absolutely WON'T be coming back!!!
Also... they claimed the manager wasn't there in the morning to approve the free night, but "assured" us that it will be taken cared of. Haven't heard from a manager or anyone else for that matter...

Breakfast at the Embassy in Amarillo texas was the worst experience. The pancakes tasted as if the were pre cooked and kept frozen because the edges were hard. The sauna is what i was mostly looking forward and that was not working. The pool was another thing that went out during my stay. Not worth the cost. Also the facility has a water fountain that was not working, makes the location look tacky.

I like the spaciousness of the rooms, the happy hour and breakfast.
Our particular room was missing a hairdryer and they did not have one upon request either. The mattress was cratering in the middle and it made it very uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very weak and made it difficult to get product out of my hair.

NOTHING - They overbooked & gave our suit away. So we spent 3 hours trying to find a place to stay after driving 5 hours.
EVERYTHING - they gave our suite away due to overlooking & we scrambled to find another hotel after 5 hours. Was midnight & had stay in Tucumcari NM to get a too.. HORRIBLE Booking on their part.

Parking off site or pay super expensive valet. I personally think valet should be free since parking garage is a block over.

At 9:30am on 9/2,I called the front desk and requested my room to be cleaned. I returned at 6pm and room had not been cleaned. Called the front desk and was told that they are not responsible for housekeeping and there was no apology or anything and she was quite rude. Very poor customer service.
