Returning from a ski trip

Clean convenient location

Restaurant lost it’s liquor license so no adult beverages were available. Kitchen closed an hour earlier than it’s posted time.

Nice place to stay. Great Jacuzzi and staff. Nicely Likely better for a meeting than a road trip.

Everything was just as expected, including the Jacuzzi, which was lovely. Beds were good. Outlets were good. TV had a good selection and a good remote. Shower was ok.

No breakfast???? Its more of a "downtown" type of hotel than set up for touring on the highway.

Breakfast was included at the time of booking but the server asked us to pay for breakfast and the receptionist was playing dumb and said we didn't have any breakfast included.

Wrong advertising didn't have breakfast included even if at the time of booking they said it was. For $189 breakfast should be included by any standards.

Staff went above and beyond for us.

The staff could NOT have been nicer! My dad was in the ICU. Daily, staff members would ask for an update. Jalisa in the restaurant celebrated every success my dad made during his hospital stay just like we were family. Uriel would ask about dad every time he saw me.

Location, fairly easy on and off highway

Breakfast was advertised, however at check in we learned that they only do breakfast, as an extra fee with the room, when they are full. This should be clear on your site. Yes breakfast was available for purchase at the restaurant, I was looking for breakfast buffet. We chose to stay here again after staying in July and the breakfast was very good.

Mostly really good.

Everything was simple, the room was clean, and I slept very well.

For some reason the morning staff at the front desk when I was leaving got upset and gave me a hard time when I made the simple request for a print out of my receipt, which was a necessity for work.

Very nice environment and a great night's sleep.

The restaurant in the hotel was very nice, and the staff was most accommodating.

I have some hearing loss, so it was very difficult for me to understand the desk clerk who checked us in wearing a mask.

you have to pay $35 a night for parking, pay $4 for a small bottle of water and no water fountain to refill your own bottle. I had to walk to McDonald’s to buy a bigger water bottle for cheaper. Also breakfast wasn’t included in our stay.
