Very poor

Staff couldn't be bothered to get off their phones to check in then there was the language barrier the facilities were obviously in very bad shape as ceiling tiles were hanging Holes in the Floor Tiles just being dirty everywhere the bed was terrible, shower curtain falling down, still loose obvious mold problem that was tried to be covered up I turned around and walked back out. Did not even try to get my money back.

Superb

We stayed comfortable and visit each other til we became tired and sleepy. Love it was near restaurants and other conveniences .

Did not like one of the entrance security door was broken.. There was no map or emergency exits on display. Ice machine was broken also.

Disappointing

For some reason my reservation showed as cancelled on their end but they were able to still get us a room for a decent price. The front desk staff was very polite.

The air unit in our room didn't work at all. There was a very large gap, more than an inch of space around the bottom of the door and up part of the side so we could see through it out into the hall which also made it difficult to fully lock the door. What small amount of furniture was in the room wasn't in very good condition. I might be mistaken but I thought our reservation said breakfast included and there wasn't anything out for breakfast besides a couple packages of instant oatmeal.

Terrible motel, won’t stay again.

Location

No ice, no soap, one towel, hand towel, face to towel per guest. Doors that don’t open properly. Mattress that roll you to the middle. You get what you pay for. Stayed there before Covid, the motel wasn’t bad. In my opinion, the motel is a dump. Never stay there again(.

Cost and location.

They didn't have our reservation when we checked in. They gave us a key to a room that had all the bedding stripped and the room had not been cleaned. We waited for a room to be ready. As we're waiting the owner/staff are arguing in another language the whole time we are waiting for our room. Staff took us to our room and as we're entering the room he is spraying a deodorizer to try to cover the smoke smell in a non smoking room. The smell was terrible. I went and bought spray and sprayed everything in the room to be able to tolerate the room for one night. The hallway carpet is filthy. We've stayed here before and always ask for a first floor room because the carpet in the rooms are filthy.

The staff was kind, considerate & very accommodating for our Family Reunion needs. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do and find. The staff was kind and helpful and allowed us to have a room to gather in and play games, as we stayed for a week for our Family Reunion. They were very accommodating to our needs.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons we booked the hotel because we were having a Family Reunion and was excited the kids would have a pool to play in. We were given a room that we could all gather to visit and play games in, but it was not air conditioned. We had to buy some fans to place in the room to circulate the air but it was still warm in there.

Never again, this property gives Booking.com a bad reputation.

pool was empty, no water. no ice machine, no vending machine, wall mount night stand was hanging off the wall, noisy, clogged toilet, when told the front desk, the clerk handed us the plunger we had to unclog the toilet ourselves.

there was no towels in the room and we found ants and reported to staff Was supposed to come spray but never did. Had to go ask for towels. we’re give 2 but no washcloths or hand towels. Back entrance was not secure. No hot water.

Location and price parking check in was easy

Only dead bolt lock, our 1st room wasn’t cleaned so they moved us before we even made it there, toilet ran all night removed the tank cover to try to fix it and that was nasty!! And breakfast wasn’t much at all

Probably won't be back.

The convenient location was the best. MOSTLY the facility was clean. Parking was acceptable.

There was a strong odor of cleaning fluid in the room that burned out nose. The breakfast lacked a LOT! Kansas State law requires no smoking within 50 feet of doors, the butt can was right outside the back entrance.
