Our stay was very nice but next time I would stay at the other end of the beach closest to the walls area. I really like

Was really good.

Hilton hotel reception didn't convert our foreign currency as we were from Hilton Wikikian which shouldn't happen as customers we expect both facilities are same and everything is for all group of facilities. They told me its only for Hilton Hawaiyan.

Great family time together. The Sea Life Aquarium and Luau was the best luau on the islands.

excellent rooms, and the slide pool was great for the grandkids. The village was great. Aoki restaurant accommodated all 20 of us and the food and service was to die for. The pictures taken were amazing and what a great place for memories and fun.

Not all pools were heated. But the ocean was fantastic!

Always a great time.

Vallet and Bellmen were awesome and always super friendly greating.

The elevators are a bit slow and often had to wait quite a bit of time for one to come to the floor or down to the lobby. There was even times there was a line up in the lobby to get an elevator to go up.

The hotel is very pricey and didn’t provide breakfast as stated otherwise okay.

Bathroom needs crab bars for both the shower and the jacuzzi. We asked for lower floor and closed suites on same floors they didn’t follow through as promised.

Relaxing holiday in a beautiful location

Good access to beach, child friendly, great pool with water slides. Awesome fireworks show.

Quiet location but close to both Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Centre. Modern apartment with great facilities.

Grand Wakkikkian is a perfect stay for family and kids.

This Hotel was very clean with beautiful art and paintings very accessible love the pool and restaurants!

a lot of walking but I needed it!

To sum up the stay, it was very nice!

Location near beach, comfort of room, most staff members were welcoming. Some were not so welcoming!

Check-in desk person was not very friendly nor was the concierge we dealt with.

Everyday was busy, but memories to last our lifetime.

with the ease and convinces around the property. we loved the location for the entire family.

the family that used the room before us had cooked something stayed in the room most of our stay. I did not mention this to the property because we had a busy weeding schedule to stay with.

Amazing Location. Beautiful resort Lots of restaurants that I couldnt get reservations for because i resevered too late or over booking.

Include something awesome in your stay One free snorkel lesson A spa day Shuttle to and from the airport Free breakfast Some sort of amazing souvenir to commemorate a bucklist trip for many people All we got was free towels and a DVD rental...that's not awesome...I don't think... Stand out amongst the other resorts... The elevators were constantly over crowded

This property is always a first choice for my family to stay mostly because of the location and great amenities.

The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchen with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops and there are also plenty of restaurants to chose from on-site. The lagoon is a nice option for calm water to float on a raft in or to use peddle bikes.

The main pool facilities could be updated a bit. The snack bar was “out” of some of the menu items but the staff was friendly. The ocean view that we paid for was not the view I had hoped for as there was a small amount of ocean that was visible between two other buildings.

The property was beautifully set out, the grounds were exceptionally manicured, the facilities were awesome. The fittings in our apartment were top quality, the pillows were the best in any place we’ve stayed throughout the world!!!

A little pricey, accomodation and food, although this was to be expected post pandemic and with inflation as it is!!! We were just happy to be on holiday!!!
