Probably look elsewhere if possible.

Nothing really. The room was clean I guess.

The facility was literally under construction. The workout area was not usable. The room was facing the interstate and the noise was incredible. Thought the hotel would have had some kind of noise reduction windows or something. The hotel was under construction.

Waste of money.

The hotel is under renovation which it did not state at the time of our booking because if I knew the pool was unavailable and that breakfast was going to be in a small area like it is then I would not have chose this hotel for $140 a night.

Well, I’ve already addressed it with Booking.com and the staff at the hotel and now the website has been updated that the hotel is under renovation.

Front desk staff and breakfast was great

My room was on the 2nd floor and I don't know if kids were there but starting 730 in the morning all I heard was jumping...running and heavy walking...the environmental workers whom clean the rooms slammed doors as they went down the hallways...This is my 2nd and last stay here ...VERY DISAPPOINTED

again, booking.com completely failed us with this booking and we will never EVER use them again. but the staff here was

staff was very nice. booking.com completely failed us but the staff made up for it 10 times over.

there was construction being done on the second floor. there was some noise but overall it was ok. however, with the comings and going’s of the construction workers there was lots of dried plaster and/or dust left all over the elevator buttons inside and out. someone should run a rag over those buttons a couple times a day.

Was fair overall for staying at, given the loud road noise and hall light humming noise.

(1)Beds were very clean. (2)Breakfast was nice.

(1)Hall had a light ballast that made a lot of humming noise, even though it was not right in front of our room. (2)Road noise was very loud ~ hotel needs to figure out a way to deaden the sound with better windows; more insulation in the walls; (3)Front entrance carpet had a lot of debris on it ~ didn't give a very nice appearance;

This has become our go to when in North Carolina.

My husband was the only one to go down to eat. He said he liked it. When we were leaving I went over to check it out but saw nothing I wanted to try. A wrapped cream cheese roll or some chocolate or powdered doughnuts would be nice along with some chocolate milk maybe.

I saw no place else I could put this and I’m hoping it will be seen here. When we stayed here on our last trip we paid extra for bonus rewards and never received them. The girl that checked us out had a problem with billing but when she got it straightened out she assured me we had received the paid for points. I see now we did not. What can be done about this?

I will never book here again

The breakfast was okay, location fine.

Checked in, the first room the gave me stunk so badly, it smell like a wet mildew basement, my niece checked in the same I did, the room they gave hadn’t even been cleaned yet and it was after check in time, I canceled my reservation at the Hampton to stay here with the rest of my family that was traveling from Maryland, and that was a big mistake!! The elevator shaft had a horrific smell as if it was a dead rodent there!!

I asked if house keeping could fix and replace our body wash. I called three times about it before it was fixed. AC barely worked in our room. We were hot every night of our stay.

Poor customer service

Nothing

Leak in our room that had been apparently leaking for hours before we arrived. The front desk staff just came and took pictures and left us in the room. The next shift came on and the shift that knew about the situation clicked out and left the 3rd shift receptionist no info on what happened leaving us having to sit and wait nearly 2 more hours to get transferred to another hotel . What a nightmare!

The breakfast was good, nice selection. We all enjoyed it/.

The windows didn't close right. It was a long walk to the elevator. The beds were to high, had trouble getting in it., There was a lot of noise from the window. The hotel was hard to find.
