Seria perfecto si l@s empleados de limpieza de los cuartos hicieran su trabajo.

Comodidad, precio y limpieza al llegar. Desayuno 5 estrellas. Facilidades de gimnasio y piscina estaban super.

Lamentablemente alquile 2 cuartos por 4 dias y nunca fueron a limpiar los cuartos. Tuve que ir todos los dias a entregar y pedir toallas. Pedir bolsas de basura y cambiarlas yo misma. Ademas al hacer el checkin la empleada en recepcion lo cual no estaba identificada nos pidio evidencia, identificacion, vacunas por un perro que tiene todos sus documentos de emocional support lo cual esta en contra de la Ley.

It was fair to good not the best but not the worst.

It was clean and in a quiet area.

We booked through booking.com for a better price, but there was no mention of the $75 a night non refundable pet fee. Also they never cleaned our room or left clean towels.

Good location. Good breakfast. Dated facility that needs updated wi-fi among other upgrades.

We had everything we needed to be comfortable as a family.

We loved having a kitchenette in our room! Great value! Staff were wonderful too. Family friendly.

Don't use Booking.com. Service Animal friendly.

Breakfast was pretty good. Fair selection. The staff was friendly. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. The room was mostly clean (See below) I am retired, walk with a cane and have a service animal. The staff didn't blink an eye when I bought my 90 pound English golden retriever in the door. I am usually given a bad time at hotels due to Gunnar. I was pleasantly surprised when they appeared to see him as just another customer. Thank You for that!

I used booking.com to book the room. They said no money was to be taken until we stay at the hotel, then they took the money that day (a week before we to get there), at almost twice the rate quoted. (5 days stay for just under $600 but charged me almost $1K. The money was returned to me, but I had to wait for that money to be returned in, "a few days," when it shouldn't have been taken at all. The rug in the room was filthy. I could not walk in the room without shoes. Floor was sticky and dirty. My white socks turned black on the bottom due to the rug being so disgusting.

Very good

Full kitchen and 2 bedrooms were amazing. Everyone had their own Tv and it was super clean

Very thin floors separating, there was a large family upstairs from us which could make it very loud. The pool unfortunately was closed.

Trip was great. We love Colorado Springs. Hoping to get a 2-bedroom suite next time.

location, cleanliness, room with a kitchen. My son who is stationed in Peterson SFB for the next 4 years lives very close to the hotel.

I booked for a 2 bedroom suite when I made the reservation online a month prior. We arrived at 7:30pm and was told there was no more 2 bedroom suite available. The front desk staff gave us a 2 queen bed room with a kitchen for a lower rate. No choice but to take it. Would've preferred a 2-bedroom suite.

Disappointing

The location was ok. The hotel needs updating and more staff.

We asked for house keeping on the 2nd day no one came had five people in our suite. Needed trash emptied. Also needed fresh towels after requesting had to go down stairs and get towels

Breakfast was good and location as well.

My bill after only staying 4 nights was $1610, about $400 a night which is ridiculous. Originally I was supposed to be there for 10 days but had to check out early. The price I was giving on booking.com for the room was not matching up with what they charged me. I also didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get any cleaning service while we were there and I requested it with one of the cleaning personnel and they stated they only clean after a person checks out, which again is ridiculous. After telling her that I would be there for 10 days she said they would come the following day to give me cleaning services to which they never did. Won’t be staying here again. It’s way to overpriced and has hidden fees.

Bad

We arrived at the hotel to be told that the property had overbooked for the weekend, and because we had booked through a third party that they would not honor our reservation. The property had downgraded our room type, but were not changing the price for the room. We were assured that if we chose not to stay that the reservation would be cancelled. The room we were assigned to was shabby and instead of the two bedroom suite we had booked was a room with two queen beds. We chose not to stay at this facility and yet instead of cancelling our reservation the property charged us for the entire weekend at the room rate of the two bedroom suite! After returning to the property to explain the situation to the sales manager we are now currently awaiting a refund from the property. I thought that Marriott was an upstanding hotel chain, but will never book another room at a Marriott facility and will likely never use booking.com to make reservations again given the fact that the reservations are not honored by properties. This was terrible experience.

Run far away from this crap hole!!

Comfortable beds.

Stains on couch and chair that should've been cleaned. In bad shape. Ice machine didn't work! $150 non-refundable pet fee, even for my 10Lb hypoallergenic Schnauzer, and the crappy maids stole my expensive shaving kit! Worst stay ever!!

Didn’t eat Breakfast on site. Location was beautiful

Late check out was not available. Nor was there another room available as we were trying to stay another night the day we left anywhere on the property.
